  • Patent number: 11958910
Abstract: Provided herein are bispecific antigen-binding molecules that bind HER2 and methods of use thereof. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprise a first and a second antigen-binding domain, wherein the first and second antigen-binding domains bind to two different (preferably non-overlapping) epitopes of the extracellular domain of human HER2. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules cluster on the surface of HER2 IHC2+ and IHC3+ cells, and are internalized into the cellular lysosomes. Also included are antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising the antibodies or bispecific antigen-binding molecules provided herein linked to a cytotoxic agent, radionuclide, or other moiety, as well as methods of treating cancer in a subject by administering to the subject a bispecific antigen-binding molecule or an ADC thereof.

  • Patent number: 11939600
Abstract: This invention provides a range of translatable polynucleotide and oligomer molecules for expressing a human phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH), or a fragment thereof having PAH activity. The polynucleotide and oligomer molecules are expressible to provide the human PAH or a fragment thereof having PAH activity. The molecules can be used as active agents to express an active polypeptide or protein in cells or subjects. The agents can be used in methods for ameliorating, preventing, delaying onset, or treating a disease or condition associated with phenylketonuria, decreased metabolism of phenylalanine, or increased levels of phenylalanine in a subject.

  • Publication number: 20240059017
Abstract: A method includes flowing gas within a chamber for first process parameters at a predetermined point in a laser focal plane and simulating the step of flowing gas within the chamber based on the value of the flow characteristic of the gas at the predetermined point in the laser focal plane so that a value of a simulated-flow characteristic of the gas at a predetermined point away from the laser focal plane is identified. The method comprises comparing the value of the simulated-flow characteristic of gas at the predetermined point away from the laser focal plane to a desired value of the simulated-flow characteristic and flowing gas within the chamber for second differing process parameters, when the value of the simulated-flow characteristic of the gas at the predetermined point away from the laser focal plane differs from the desired value of the simulated-flow characteristic is outside a predetermined range.

  • Patent number: 11845201
Abstract: A method of configuring an additive-manufacturing machine comprises a chamber, a platform, movable inside the chamber and comprising a build-plane surface, and a laser, having a laser focal plane within the chamber. The method comprising steps of flowing a gas within the chamber in accordance with a first set of process parameters and identifying a value of a flow characteristic of the gas at a predetermined point in the laser focal plane while flowing the gas within the chamber in accordance with the first set of process parameters. The method also comprises additively manufacturing a test coupon using the laser while flowing the gas within the chamber in accordance with the first set of process parameters, wherein the test coupon has a test-coupon peripheral surface.

  • Patent number: 7765511
Abstract: Various approaches are provided for generating an implementation of an electronic circuit design. In one embodiment, a processor-based method implements a design in an integrated circuit or IC (e.g., a programmable logic device. The method includes storing performance-variation data that represents location-based performance variations between logically-equivalent-programmable resources of the IC. The respective stored performance-variation data of at least two logically-equivalent-programmable resources of the IC are compared. The logic of the design is mapped, placed and routed on resources of the IC. The mapping, placing and routing includes, for an implementation of at least one subset of the logic of the design, selecting between the at least two logically-equivalent-programmable resources of the IC based on a result of the step of comparing respective stored performance-variation data of the at least two logically-equivalent-programmable resources.
