  • Patent number: 11652268
Abstract: An antenna rotator includes a housing having an access port disposed therethrough. Positioned within the housing and proximate to the access port is an interface connector. The interface connector provided by the housing is configured to be removably attached to a module connector provided by a detection module, which may include a sensor for detecting a position of an encoder that is rotated by a motor drive within the housing. As a result, the detection module, which is highly susceptible to electrical damage from lightning, can be conveniently accessed and replaced.

  • Patent number: 9966743
Abstract: A system is provided which carries cables isolated from each other and isolated from a tower which carries antennas for the cables. The system includes a support plate carried near the top of the tower which carries strain relief devices for gripping each cable. A plurality of guide plates are spaced along the tower and each plate carries inserts which provide apertures of a predetermined size to match the size of the cable passing therethrough. The apertures are spaced from each other and spaced from the tower. An additional plate is attached to the tower near the bottom thereof and is provided with connector assemblies so that the cables may be attached to a send/receive unit.

  • Publication number: 20160072245
Abstract: An apparatus for use with a machine that crimps an end fitting onto a cable includes a base (11) which carries a table (30) that has a plurality of channels (38, 39) which receive a cable (43) and an end fitting (44). A stop bar (53) and a stop plate (57) are adjustably positioned in each channel (38, 39) to locate the end fittings (44) so that they are aligned to be simultaneously acted upon by the machine. The table (30) is moveable on the base (11) from a first position where the cables (43) and end fittings (44) may be placed in the channels (32, 39) to a second position where the end fittings (44) are in a position to be crimped onto the cables (43).

  • Patent number: 8130168
Abstract: The mast (11) of an antenna is pivotally carried by a post (12) by a hinge assembly (13). A pedestal (33) is carried by the post (12) and is adapted to carry a winch (40) having a line (46) with a hook (47) at the end thereof. A hook mount (50) is carried by the mast (11) and is adapted to receive the hook (47) of the winch (40). A locking bracket (56) is carried by the mast (11) and is connected to the pedestal (33) when the mast (11) is positioned adjacent to the post (12). An insulator bar (29) is positioned between the mast (11) and the hinge assembly (13) and the locking bracket (56).

  • Patent number: 6023721
Abstract: A method and system for allowing a single-user application executing in a multi-user environment to create objects having both user-global and system-global visibility begins by intercepting an API function call to create or modify a named object. A set of rules is consulted which may explicitly or implicitly define the visibility to be associated with the named object. If a rule is found for the named object it is used to define the visibility level for that object. If, however, a rule is not encountered in the rule set, then the visibility of a named object is set according to a default procedure.
