  • Patent number: 11961621
Abstract: A method includes receiving patient health data; determining a score using a trained machine learning model; determining a threshold value using an adaptive threshold tuning learning model; comparing the score to the threshold value; and generating an alarm. A computing system includes a processor; and a memory having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the computing system to: receive patient health data; determine a score using a trained machine learning model; determine a threshold value using an adaptive threshold tuning learning model; compare the score to the threshold value; and generate an alarm. A non-transitory computer readable medium includes program instructions that when executed, cause a computer to: receive patient health data; determine a score using a trained machine learning model; determine a threshold value using an adaptive threshold tuning learning model; compare the score to the threshold value; and generate an alarm.

  • Publication number: 20040260968
Abstract: A web server (1) responds to requests for information by accessing a first memory (9) to retrieve data required to generate a web page. The integrity of the retrieved data files is checked before generating the web page and, if necessary, the data file is repaired to correct any unauthorised modification, the repair process comprising access to a master copy of the file stored in a second memory (10) in read only form. Verification comprises decrypting a stored signature. The first memory can be a hard disc drive or the like providing rapid access for high speed operation. The relatively slow access time associated with the second memory in read only form can be tolerated since access is required only for repair purposes when a file cannot be verified. The server has application to providing secure services via the Internet where data files held in a server are likely to be open to attackers seeking to modify files for fraudulent purposes.

  • Patent number: 5028931
Abstract: An off-line processor arrangement for a broadband accelerated convergence adaptive antenna array wherein signals from a plurality of antenna elements are applied to respective identical tapped delay lines (T) the outputs of which are fed through individual signal weighting means to a beamforming network (BFN), the arrangement including one or more lattice filter means (LF) to which the auxiliary antenna element signals are applied together with the output response of the beamforming network to compute sets of weight correction vectors (* W) with which to update weight coefficients and means for storing said updated coefficients, said stored coefficients being applied to the individual signal weighting means to weight the outputs of the tapped delay lines.

  • Patent number: 4821176
Abstract: A data processing arrangement intended for use, inter alia, in a multi-processing system for use in association with a systolic array is implemented on a single semiconductor chip. The arrangement includes processing means (AU, MU) and storage means (ACC), interconnectable via an electronic equivalent (MM) of a cross-bar switch.

  • Patent number: 4806939
Abstract: A sequential decorrelator arrangement for an adaptive antenna array comprising a plurality of antenna elements the outputs of which feed a cascaded beamforming network having a succession of stages, each stage having one less decorrelation cell than the preceding stage and the first stage having one less cell than the number of antenna elements. The network includes means for applying weighting to the signals applied as inputs to the cells of at least the first stage. The decorrelation cells in each stage comprise means for applying simple rotational transforms to the input data in accordance with a weighting factor common to all the cells in a stage, each stage further including means for deriving said weighting factor from the weighting factor deriving means of the previous stage and the output of one cell of the preceding stage. Each stage includes means for scaling the output of each cell in the stage by a scaling factor calculated from the weighting factor deriving means of the stage.

  • Patent number: 4713668
Abstract: A steered adaptive antenna arrangement including an adaptive beamforming network 10 to which the output signals of an array of antenna elements are applied, the network having a feedback wherein the summed output of the network is correlated with each element signal, applied to a limiter and added to the steering component whereby the derived value is used to drive the associated weight coefficient, characterized in that the summed output of the beamformer network 10 is further applied to a desired signal estimator 11 the output of which is subtracted from the summed output to provide the feedback input 12 to be correlated with each element signal.

  • Patent number: 4625211
Abstract: A multiple output, power inversion adaptive antenna array comprises a number of antenna elements A1-An feeding a cascade beam former structure having groups of decorrelation stages D1.sub.1 -D1.sub.n-1, D2.sub.1 -D2.sub.n-2 etc. The outputs of the first stage in each group are scanned sequentially until the wanted signal is predominant, as determined by a wanted signal recognition CONTROL, at which time scanning of the switch S is halted.
