  • Patent number: 10925276
Abstract: Telltale rodent trap for trapping rodents in interior walls, ceilings and similar spaces including a baited and set spring-loaded trap attached to a base plate passing through a wall or ceiling opening to be exposed to interior spaces frequented by rodents. A cover plate having a telltale aperture fits over the opening. An elongated telltale is attached at one end to a trap arm pivoting between a first position when the trap is set and a second position when the trap is sprung. The other end of the elongated telltale is inserted between the cover and base plates and is visible in the telltale aperture of the cover plate. When the trap is sprung, the trap arm pulls the elongated telltale so it is no longer visible in the telltale aperture indicating that a rodent has been trapped and the trap assembly should be removed and reset.

  • Publication number: 20180146657
Abstract: Telltale rodent trap for trapping rodents in interior walls, ceilings and similar spaces including a baited and set spring-loaded trap attached to a base plate that can pass through a wall or ceiling opening to be exposed to interior spaces frequented by rodents. A cover plate having a telltale aperture fits over the opening. Flexible wings are attached to the rear of the base plate and can fold towards and pass through said opening and thereafter unfold to hold the trap in place. A telltale strip is attached at one end to a trap arm adapted to pivot between a first position when the trap is set and a second position when the trap is sprung. The other end of the telltale is inserted between the cover and base plates and is visible in the telltale aperture of the cover plate. When the trap is sprung, the trap arm pulls the telltale so it is no longer visible in the telltale aperture indicating that a rodent has been trapped and the trap assembly should be removed and reset.

  • Publication number: 20170168868
Abstract: A mail processing device whose operation can be accomplished remotely and support multiple users simultaneously is provided. The present invention utilizes secure simultaneous multiple user/application access over a network. This supports software configuration, date access, control of a postal security device (PSD), indicium creation, and control of a print engine. The invention is realized by binding core embedded software to a web server within the device and using a web technology stack that allows many users to access the software.

  • Publication number: 20100086626
Abstract: A therapeutic composition for inhibiting physiological responses elicited by exposure of skin to an irritant can be used to treat exposure to capsaicinoids or other chemical irritants. The therapeutic composition can include a carrier being present in an effective amount and form sufficient to be applied to skin and deliver active agents to the skin which has been previously exposed to a capsaicinoid. Also, the therapeutic composition can include a cooling agent in an effective amount within the carrier to provide a cooling sensation to the skin. Further, the therapeutic composition can include a capsaicin receptor antagonist in an effective amount within the carrier to inhibit calcium flux associated with activation of the capsaicin receptor by a capsaicinoid. The therapeutic composition can be part of a kit that also includes a cleansing composition, which is capable of cleaning and/or absorbing capsaicinoids from the skin.

  • Publication number: 20050147857
Abstract: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a plurality of tubes, each having an anode, electrolyte and cathode. Anode and cathode current collectors are mounted on the tubes. The anode current collector electrically connects to the anode and can have a contact with the anode. The cathode current collector electrically connects to the cathode and can have a contact with the cathode. An electrically conductive sealant may be positioned between the anode of one tube and the cathode current collector of another tube.
