Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a deterministic model for scheduling requests to a distributed ledger network to record transactions in a distributed ledger, and further for optimizing transaction parameters based on prior performance of the distributed ledger network, characteristics of the data being recorded, and user-supplied parameters restricting transaction costs and wait times. Based on the model outputs, the system selects a gas price and a time to submit the request in order to optimize the processing of the request. The system is adaptable to processing groups of documents, such as publications, to be recorded, according to a deterministic selection of the next document, to a sequence of the documents, or to a time limit by which each document must be recorded.
