Abstract: A lock device allows for the secure attachment of two objects or a movable object to an immovable object, the device providing an oval base loop having a swivel slide collar on a first end and a fixed lock collar on a second end, the fixed lock collar having a keyed security lock means, and a pivotally attached lock loop having a first end slidably engaging the swivel slide collar and a second end having a tapered terminal tip slidably engaging the fixed lock collar and an inner margin having a plurality of inner spaced indentations which are engaged by the attachment between the keyed security lock means and the second end, the lock having an over-all oval shape when securely closed, the lock device adapted to secure two bicycle tires together, a steering wheel to a brake pedal, a steering wheel to a forward folded seat headrest, or other suitable application.

Abstract: A roadway marking system, comprising a roadway marking tape and a plurality of spaced reflective roadway markers having a white reflective front surface, a red reflective rear surface and a elevated crest, is applied to an upper surface of a roadway. The roadway marking tape has a lower surface with an expandable adhesive material and a plurality of contoured roadway spikes, projecting from the reflective roadway markers which are exposed from the lower surface through the adhesive material. When downward pressure is applied to the upper surface of the roadway marking tape and the elevated crest of the reflective roadway markers, the roadway marking system becomes permanently attached to the upper surface of the roadway with the adhesive material providing a permanent adhesive seal between the marking tape and the roadway surface. Once attached to the roadway, the roadway marking system provides an audible, tactile and visual warning to a driver traveling on the roadway over the roadway marking system.

Abstract: A steering wheel and seat security lock is provided to attach a lower portion of a raised steering wheel of an automobile to an upper portion of an automobile driver's seat which has been tilted forward towards the steering wheel, the lock having a steering wheel engaging portion having a hook on a first end attaching to the steering wheel and a seat engaging portion having a second end embodied as either a pair of descending arms adapted to insert within the holes provided to retain vertical headrest support arms or having a cross member attached behind the vertical headrest support arms, a support bracket extending to the top of a lowered headrest, and another support bracket behind a back surface of the driver's seat, the steering wheel engaging portion slidably engaging the seat engaging portion, further providing a lock mechanism to retain the steering wheel engaging portion and the seat engaging portion in a closed and locked position, restricting space between the upper portion of the driver's seat and
