  • Publication number: 20190370473
Abstract: A code analyzer implements machine learning to detect vulnerabilities in computer code. The code analyzer trains a machine learning model using training vectors that characterize vulnerable programming patterns. The code analyzer evaluates a topological representation of the computer code using the machine learning model to identify a potential vulnerability. The potential vulnerability corresponds to a portion of the computer code where an attack can be used to bypass a security procedure. The code analyzer tests the potential vulnerability by emulating a fault injection during execution of the portion of the computer code. Upon confirming that the potential vulnerability can be exploited via a fault injection, the code analyzer generates a training vector that characterizes a vulnerable programming pattern associated with the portion of the computer code. The training vector can be used to further train the machine learning model.

  • Patent number: 9491055
Abstract: What is disclosed is a method of operating a communication network, where the communication network comprises a set of users. The method includes obtaining usage activity for each of the users of the set and processing the usage activity to determine connectivity information between individual ones of the users of the set. The method also includes processing the connectivity information to determine users of the set with similar connectivity, and processing the users of the set with similar connectivity to identify a community of users within the users of the set with similar connectivity. The method also includes monitoring at least one of the users in the community to determine if action is needed for at least another one of the users in the community.

  • Publication number: 20070227073
Abstract: A weatherstrip for a motor vehicle includes a generally U or J-shaped body of thermoplastic olefin (TPO), polypropylene (PP) having integrally formed lips or sealing flanges of more flexible thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) and a show surface of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO). The body includes longitudinally spaced apart latch members which secure the weatherstrip to a vehicle body. The sealing flanges preferably include flocking on the surfaces which contact and ride against the window glass. The thermoplastic polyolefin show surface bonds directly to the TPV or polypropylene substrate and provides a color and gloss match to the paint on the vehicle body. Improved weatherstrip performance and improved vehicle appearance are both achieved by the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20050100747
Abstract: A weatherstrip for automotive and motor vehicle window glass comprises a glass contact layer overlying a base extrusion. The base extrusion is formed of a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) comprising ethylene-propylene diene polymer (EPDM) and polypropylene. The glass contact layer is formed of a material composed predominantly of a thermoplastic polyolefin polymer and comprising a silicone-crosslinked thermoset polymer. The thermoset polymer may be the reaction product of a silane-grafted polyolefin and a silicone polymer.
