  • Patent number: 10717752
Abstract: A process for producing a silylated product comprises reacting a mixture comprising (a) an unsaturated compound containing at least one unsaturated functional group, (b) a silyl hydride containing at least one silylhydride functional group, and (c) a catalyst, optionally in the presence of a solvent, to produce a dehydrogenative silylated product, a hydrosilylated product, or a combination of a dehydrogenative silylated product and a hydrosilylated product, wherein the catalyst is chosen from a pyridine diimine cobalt dicarboxylate complex or a cobalt carboxylate compound, and the process is conducted without pre-activating the catalyst via a reducing agent and/or without an initiator or promoter compound. The present catalysts have been found to be active in the presence of the silyl hydride employed in the silylation reaction.

  • Publication number: 20120010034
Abstract: A traction mechanism drive, in particular for an internal combustion engine, including a vibration damper (1) having a base part (2) and a rotary part (3) that can be rotated to a limited extent relative to the base part against the effect of an energy store (6). Between the base part (2) and the rotary part (3), a friction unit (8) having a friction ring (9) formed of a support element (15) and a sliding element (16) arranged radially outside of the support element (15) for forming a friction contact in relation to a friction surface (10) is effective. The friction ring (9) is produced in one piece from the support element (15) and the sliding element (16), and the support element (15) and the sliding element (16) are cast on top of each other. A positive fit (17) is effective between said support element and sliding element in the circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20060201974
Abstract: A condiment shaker includes an inner container that may be inserted into an outer container. The inner container contains the condiment and may be removed and replaced during refilling. The inner container may include a base to lend support to the containers when assembled. Where desired, a handle grip, flip top lid and prongs for dislodging material in the container may be used to facilitate pouring of the condiment.
