  • Publication number: 20220251903
Abstract: A gate may generally include a gatepost and a plurality of rails pivotally connected to the gatepost and having a plurality of posts hingedly attached to at least one of the plurality of rails. The gate may include a lift system having a translating device in communication with a sprocket, wherein the lift system provides an adjustable force to rotate the plurality of rails from a horizontal position to an upward position. The adjustable force may be provided by a tumbuckle. The gate may include a ground anchor system that allows axial rotation of the plurality of rails about a longitudinal axis of the gatepost.

  • Patent number: 11377571
Abstract: Water-based compositions that are resistant to dirt pickup, efflorescence, tannin bleed-through and surfactant leaching are described. The water-based composition includes a latex or water-dispersible polymer and a non-VOC UV-VIS (preferably, ultraviolet) absorber as a dirt pickup resistance additive. Methods of making water-based compositions including a non-VOC UV-VIS absorber as an additive are also described.

  • Publication number: 20220034191
Abstract: A downhole tool for sealing a well includes a push ring, a first slip ring located adjacent to the push ring, a first wedge located adjacent to the first slip ring and configured to radially push the first slip ring and separate the first slip ring into individual parts, and a sealing element located adjacent to the first wedge and configured to seal the well. An upstream end of the first slip ring and a downstream end of the push ring form a wavy interface when in contact. The wavy interface locks the first slip ring relative to the push ring to prevent a rotation of the first slip ring relative to the push ring.
