  • Patent number: 12258716
Abstract: The present invention provides an embossed multi-ply tissue product that is visually pleasing and has improved physical attributes. For example, the inventive multi-ply tissue products have reduced stiffness, such as a GM Flexural Rigidity less than about 600 mg*cm, improved absorbency, such as a Residual Water (WResidual) value less than about 0.15 g, and improved wet resiliency, such as a wet elastic strain ratio greater than about 32 percent.

  • Publication number: 20250092513
Abstract: Methods for depositing a molybdenum nitride film on a surface of a substrate are disclosed. The methods may include: providing a substrate into a reaction chamber; and depositing a molybdenum nitride film directly on the surface of the substrate by performing one or more unit deposition cycles of cyclical deposition process, wherein a unit deposition cycle may include, contacting the substrate with a first vapor phase reactant comprising a molybdenum halide precursor, and contacting the substrate with a second vapor phase reactant comprising a nitrogen precursor. Semiconductor device structures including a molybdenum nitride film are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 12241158
Abstract: Methods for forming transition metal layers on a surface of a substrate are disclosed. Exemplary methods include forming a transition layer prior to forming the transition metal layer. The transition layer can be used to facilitate subsequent deposition of the transition metal layer on high aspect ratio features, while mitigating bending of the features during deposition of the transition metal layer.

  • Patent number: 12188182
Abstract: The multi-ply tissue products that are both durable and dispersible may be manufactured using a creping process that employs a non-crosslinked vinyl acetate-ethylene polymer as a creping agent. The products generally have a Slosh time less than 2 minutes, such as less than about 60 seconds, such as less than about 45 seconds. Surprisingly, the foregoing Slosh times are achieved despite the tissue products having relatively high cross-machine direction (CD) wet tensile strength, such as greater than about 100 g/3?. Typically, increasing wet tensile strength, particularly wet CD tensile strength, negatively effects dispersability and increases Slosh time. Despite this trend, the multi-ply tissue products have a relatively high degree of wet strength and good dispersability.

  • Patent number: 12189625
Abstract: A multi-cluster computing system which includes a query result caching system is presented. The multi-cluster computing system may include a data processing service and client devices communicatively coupled over a network. The data processing service may include a control layer and a data layer. The control layer may be configured to receive and process requests from the client devices and manage resources in the data layer. The data layer may be configured to include instances of clusters of computing resources for executing jobs. The data layer may include a data storage system, which further includes a remote query result cache Store. The query result cache store may include a cloud storage query result cache which stores data associated with results of previously executed requests. As such, when a cluster encounters a previously executed request, the cluster may efficiently retrieve the cached result of the request from the in-memory query result cache or the cloud storage query result cache.
