Abstract: A portable tablet, smartphone, laptop, peripheral device, and other objects stand that comprises a mounting apparatus, a tray, a base attachment, and a seat. A user's bodyweight is used to stabilize the seat and the stand is coupled to the seat to stabilize the stand and its comprising entities. Straps coupled to the seat can be coupled together to secure said seat. The stand can be comprising members that rotate into a single member to be housed. The tray can be folded outward from the stand and used to support objects. A hinged member, and a member, which is coupled to the hinged member, that smartphones and tablets can be coupled to, can be set to make a zero-degree angle with a middle member or rotated 180-degrees and set. The base attachment can be coupled to a plurality of objects in which can result in stabilizing the stand and the tray.
