  • Patent number: 10799029
Abstract: A portable tablet, smartphone, laptop, peripheral device, and other objects stand that comprises a mounting apparatus, a tray, a base attachment, and a seat. A user's bodyweight is used to stabilize the seat and the stand is coupled to the seat to stabilize the stand and its comprising entities. Straps coupled to the seat can be coupled together to secure said seat. The stand can be comprising members that rotate into a single member to be housed. The tray can be folded outward from the stand and used to support objects. A hinged member, and a member, which is coupled to the hinged member, that smartphones and tablets can be coupled to, can be set to make a zero-degree angle with a middle member or rotated 180-degrees and set. The base attachment can be coupled to a plurality of objects in which can result in stabilizing the stand and the tray.

  • Publication number: 20200302025
Abstract: Methods and devices using a computer-generated design of an AM part to ensure that the part is design to support additional manufacturing steps. The methods include performing frequency analysis on a computer-generated design of the manufactured part and calculating mode shapes at natural frequencies of the computer-generated design. A static compliance is calculated at points on the computer-generated design using each of the mode shapes. The static compliance indicates an expected displacement at each of the plurality of points when the computer generated design is exposed to a predetermined non-dynamic load.

  • Patent number: 10754983
Abstract: Sensitive data may be anonymized for use in user interfaces by applying a cryptographic hash function to the data. The hashed value may be broken into hash tokens and the hash tokens converted to human readable tokens using a 1:1 conversion function. The human readable tokens can then be concatenated together to provide a human readable identifier of the sensitive data.

  • Publication number: 20170264105
Abstract: A method and apparatus for battery cell temperature maintenance including determining a battery cell temperature of a battery cell is below a temperature threshold and initiating a temperature maintenance mode. Upon initiation of the temperature maintenance mode, determining a charge level of the battery cell and initiating one of a charge sequence in which the battery cell is charged and a discharge sequence in which the battery cell is discharged. The charge sequence initiated upon determining the charge level is equal to or less than a discharge limit and the discharge sequence initiated upon determining the charge level is equal to or greater than a charge limit.

  • Patent number: 8937168
Abstract: The invention provides methods of purifying rebaudioside A from a mixture comprising glycosides of the plant Stevia rebaudiana. The methods of the invention are useful for preparing highly pure rebaudioside A compositions from crude Stevia starting compositions that are typically considerably lower in rebaudioside A concentration. The highly pure rebaudioside A compositions are useful as non-caloric sweeteners in edible or chewable compositions such as food, beverages, medicine, candy, chewing gum, and the like.

  • Publication number: 20140071118
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for use in an autostereoscopic display system. In one aspect, a display device can include a pixel array having a first set of pixels configured to display image data for a viewer's right eye and a second set of pixels configured to display image data for a viewer's left eye. The pixels of the first set can be interspersed amongst the pixels of the second set. A prismatic array can be positioned forward of the pixel array and can have a plurality of prisms coupled to the pixel array. Each prism can be aligned with a pixel from the first set of pixels and a pixel from the second set of pixels. The prisms can be configured to selectively guide light from the pixels to an associated one of the left or right eyes, thereby forming a 3D image.

  • Publication number: 20020073149
Abstract: A system and methods for dynamically linking changing media content to other media content is described. A network system includes Websites suitable for use by wired and wireless users. The wired Web sites include Web pages providing content that changes over time, such as a video or animation clip. Imbedded within these Web pages are links to other media content. These links are both time and location dependent within the changing content. A link map identifies all of the other media content associated with the imbedded links. A program associated with the changing content page and incorporating the link map provides means to capture the time and location of a user's link selection and provides instructions to the wired Web site to store the linked media content associated with the selected link in a storage location. Means are provided for the wired user to instruct the wired Web site to send the stored media content to either a wired or wireless user connected to the network system.
