  • Patent number: 11504499
Abstract: A catheter is provided including a first lumen and a second lumen. A first member is disposed for relative movement within the first lumen and defines a cavity, A second member is disposed for relative movement within the second lumen. The cavity of the first member is configured for disposal of the second member. The catheter may include an elongated tubular body that includes the first lumen and the second lumen. The first member may have a distal portion that extends beyond the distal end of the body. The distal portion may include the cavity. The cavity may be defined by a member lumen. The first and second members may include tubular stylettes. The second member may include a guidewire.

  • Publication number: 20210267692
Abstract: A method of performing robotic surgery includes determining a distance between a first surgical instrument and a second surgical instrument in a surgical operative site, comparing the determined distance between the first and second surgical instruments with a threshold distance, generating an alert based on the comparison between the determined distance and the threshold distance, displaying a visual representation of the surgical operative site on a display, and displaying the alert overlaid on the displayed visual representation of the surgical operative site and in proximity to a visual representation of the first and/or second surgical instruments on the display.

  • Patent number: 7776005
Abstract: A catheter is provided that includes an elongated tubular body extending to a distal end. The tubular body has a first and a second lumen with a septum disposed therebetween. The tubular body includes a first wall that defines the first lumen and a second wall that defines the second lumen. A portion of the septum extends distally beyond the first lumen and the second lumen. The first wall includes a first wall extension that extends distally beyond the first lumen and is spaced apart from the portion of the septum. The first wall extension defines a concave surface facing the portion of the septum. In an alternate embodiment, the catheter includes a tip with spiraled configuration. The catheter may include a third lumen.
