  • Publication number: 20260200274
Abstract: A head is provided for a weight distribution hitch assembly that includes a hitch bar and a weight distribution hitch shank with an upper aperture arrayed above a lower aperture for mounting the head. The head may include a substantially U-shaped bracket with upper and lower pairs of holes to align with, and couple with fasteners, the holes of the hitch shank. The lower pair of holes on the head bracket may be provided with a horizontal dimension allowing the bracket to be pivoted between a first angle and a second angle and to be held in place in each of the angles in a tightened configuration. The fastener for the lower hole may include a bolt spacer with a non-centered hole and a non-centered stud insertable in a first and second configurations corresponding to the first and second angles of the bracket, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20260194161
Abstract: A detectable marker tape is disclosed for locating buried infrastructure. The detectable marker tape comprises a strong, elongated, non-stretchable core material and at least one remote locating device contained within an envelope of protective material. This envelope encloses and protects the elongated, non-stretchable core material and remote locating device(s). The detectable marker tape is capable of being reliably emplaced during a conventional Horizontal Drilling Machine pullback operation, because it is the strong, elongated, non-stretchable core material which is fastened to the Horizontal Drilling Machine drill string for the pullback operation. The detectable marker tape also comprises any known type of remote locating device which will allow the marker tape to be detected [from the surface] once the detectable marker tape has been buried underground.

  • Patent number: 7581923
Abstract: A pump/flow guide is positioned in a gas turbine engine and attached to a transition duct to face a turbine disk. The pump/flow guide provides a smooth path for guiding purge flow to resist the ingestion of hot gas. One leg of the pump/flow guide extends radially outwardly and contacts the radially inner section of the transition duct that forms a “fish mouth.” Spaced tabs on the pump/flow guide receive bolts to secure the pump/flow guide to the transition duct. The pump/flow guide thus provides a relatively smooth flow passage for purge gas flow.

  • Publication number: 20080213650
Abstract: Fuel cells, fuel cell membranes, micro-fuel cells, and methods of fabricating each, are disclosed. One exemplary fuel cell, among others, includes a membrane including a material such as organic conducting materials and inorganic conducting materials, and combinations thereof. The membrane has a thickness of about 0.01 to 10 ?m, and has an area resistivity of about 0.1 to 1000 ohms cm2.
