Patent number: 9364839Abstract: An applicator for spraying an elastomeric material comprises an applicator body having an internal bore and a fluid inlet for receiving a supply of the elastomeric material. A nozzle is coupled to the applicator body and has a discharge end with a spray outlet in fluid communication with the fluid inlet via a fluid passageway. A needle valve is slidably mounted within the internal bore for movement between a closed position for closing the fluid passageway, and an open position for opening the fluid passageway so as to spray the elastomeric material. An air cap is coupled to the applicator body adjacent the nozzle for providing an atomizing airflow and a fan control airflow. The needle valve has a tip portion shaped to extend through the nozzle so as to be substantially flush with the discharge end of the nozzle when the needle valve is in the closed position.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2013Date of Patent: June 14, 2016Assignee: CSL Silicones Inc.Inventors: Faisal Huda, Christopher W. Publication number: 20160162458Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for creating and linking a series of interfaces configured to display information and receive confirmation of classifications made by a natural language modeling engine to improve organization of a collection of documents into an hierarchical structure. In some embodiments, the interfaces may display to an annotator a plurality of labels of potential classifications for a document as identified by a natural language modeling engine, collect annotated responses from the annotator, aggregate the annotated responses across other annotators, analyze the accuracy of the natural language modeling engine based on the aggregated annotated responses, and predict accuracies of the natural language modeling engine's classifications of the documents.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2015Publication date: June 9, 2016Applicant: Idibon, Inc.Inventors: Robert J. Publication number: 20160162464Abstract: Methods, apparatuses and computer readable medium are presented for generating a natural language model. A method for generating a natural language model comprises: receiving more than one annotation of a document; calculating a level of agreement among the received annotations; determining that a criterion among a first criterion, a second criterion, and a third criterion is satisfied based at least in part on the level of agreement; determining an aggregated annotation representing an aggregation of information in the received annotations and training a natural language model using the aggregated annotation, when the first criterion is satisfied; generating at least one human readable prompt configured to receive additional annotations of the document, when the second criterion is satisfied; and discarding the received annotations from use in training the natural language model, when the third criterion is satisfied.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 9, 2015Publication date: June 9, 2016Applicant: Idibon, Inc.Inventors: Robert J. Publication number: 20160094906Abstract: A user device determines whether a device connected to its headset jack is an audio accessory device. If the device connected to the headset jack is an audio accessory, the user device connects one or more pins of the headset jack to an audio codec. If the device plugged into the headset jack is not an audio accessory device, the user device connects one or more pins of the headset jack to alternate circuitry. The user device then determines, through the alternate circuitry, an electrical operating parameter requirement of the accessory device, and provides, from the alternate circuitry, the required operating parameter to the accessory device through the headset jack. The alternate circuitry may include an adjustable voltage regulator and/or an adjustable current regulator and the required operating parameter may be one or more of a voltage supply and a current supply.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 29, 2014Publication date: March 31, 2016Inventors: Mustafa KESKIN, James Ian JAFFEE, Seyfollah Seyfollahi BAZARJANI, Brett Christopher WALKER
