A joint rotatably couples a pivot end of the charge arm to a joint end of a connector arm; and an electrical connector is provided at a connector end of the connector arm. An angular interconnection orientation of the electrical connector may be adjusted by rotating the connector arm with respect to the charge arm about the joint. Further, a connection interface adapter may be included to increase the range of connection interfaces that may be utilized.
