Abstract: A device for attaching a decorative element to a vehicle including a support member attachable to a load surface of the vehicle, the support member having a shaft support, a shaft having first and second opposing ends, the first end of the shaft being attached to the shaft support, the shaft support being arranged for supporting the shaft in a generally upright position relative to an angularly disposed load surface. A display device mount is attached to the second end of the shaft, the display device mount including a flange defining a bore receiving the second end of the shaft, and a cup defining a conical sidewall extending outwardly from the flange, opposite the bore. A web extends between an outer surface of the conical sidewall and the flange for supporting the cup, the web defining a hook for attaching a display device to the mount.
