  • Patent number: 8558674
Abstract: A wireless presentation system includes a first wireless input element, a second wireless input element and a wireless receiving and processing host. A pairing method for use in the wireless presentation system includes the following steps. The wireless receiving and processing host generates a first identification code, and if the first wireless input element is present, issues the first identification code to the first wireless input element for storage, so that a pairing relation therebetween is established by the first identification code. The wireless receiving and processing host automatically generates a second identification code after the first identification code is issued, and if the second wireless input element is present, issues the second identification code to the second wireless input element for storage, so that the pairing relation therebetween is established by the second identification code.

  • Publication number: 20100118031
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to define a drafting range based on a curve with a plurality of points drawn by a user. A writing character is shown in a display based on the drafting range. The method includes the following steps. The first step is to gather coordinate positions of points. Then, these coordinate positions are compared to each other to get a maximum coordinate position and a minimum coordinate position. A drafting range is generated based on the maximum coordinate position and the minimum coordinate position. Next, the drafting range is corresponded to a display range of a display to define a ratio of the drafting range to the display range. Finally, the writing character is adjusted and displays in the display based on the ratio.

  • Publication number: 20100115447
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to dynamically arrange positions of a plurality of virtual keys in a hierarchical structure with many layers. These virtual keys can control an application program and include at least one function group key and at least one command key The method includes the following steps. The first step is to determine whether a first virtual key is a function group key or a command key, wherein the first virtual is located in a first layer in the hierarchical structure. When the first virtual key is a command key, the first virtual key is moved from the first layer to another layer and a number to select the first virtual key is added by one. Next, whether or not the application program processing has ended is determined. When the application program processing has ended, the number of times the first virtual key is clicked is compared to the number of times other virtual keys were selected.

  • Publication number: 20100115404
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method to automatically arrange word string in a display. The word string includes two words. The method includes the following steps. The first step is to define the positions of the start position and the stop position of strokes of the two words. The second step is to group the start position and the stop position based on a threshold value. The third step is to circle the words based on the grouping result. The final step is to rearrange the two words based on a datum point.

  • Publication number: 20100001951
Abstract: A cursor control device includes a pen-like body, a motion-detecting element, a microcontroller and a button element. The motion-detecting element is disposed at a first side of the pen-like body for generating a coordinate change signal in response to a motion of a first finger of the user. The microcontroller is disposed within the pen-like body and communicated with the motion-detecting element and the computer system. According to the coordinate change signal, the microcontroller issues a cursor control signal to the computer system. The button element is disposed at a second side of the pen-like body and communicated with the microcontroller for triggering the microcontroller to generate an object locking control signal in response to a depressing action of a second finger of the user. The object pointed by the cursor is locked according to the object locking control signal and moved according to the cursor control signal.
