Abstract: A method for updating security information is applied to a system including an information service provider and mobile devices. The information service provider includes a server and a database, in which the server provides security information to the mobile devices and each of the security information is related individually to a security code. The information service provider can transmit updated security information to the mobile devices in an active-push manner in communicative off-peak hours, and at the same time each of the mobile devices would be automatically waken up and connected with the service-provider so as to receive the updated security information. While the mobile device is to request additional information, the passive-pull transmission manner can then be applied by the mobile device to obtain the additional information from the information service provider. Thus, merits of both the active push transmission and the passive pull transmission can be obtained.

Abstract: An alerting method by using trend lines of security information is implemented in a client device of a security information processing system. The method allows a client device to choose and drag at least one trend line in a technical diagram of security information to form at least one alerting line so as to generate at least one alerting condition corresponding to the trend line and the dragging operations. When the client device receives a plurality of security information, the client device checks if any of the received security information matches any one of the alerting conditions by passing the alerting line twice. If “YES”, then the client device generates an alerting signal and displays that matched security information on the client device, such that the user can see the matched security information and take it as a reference for deciding whether or not to buy or sell the security.

Abstract: A processing method for fuzzy checking securities information, which is employed in a user device of a securities information processing system, allows a user to execute a securities suggesting setting function in order to configure at least one securities suggesting condition composed of at least one candlesticks checking condition. In addition, each candlesticks checking condition includes a fuzzy checking condition which can be defined by the user. When the user device receives a plurality of securities information, these securities information are checked to see if any of them fulfills all of the fuzzy checking conditions of candlesticks checking conditions contained in any of the securities suggesting conditions. If the result is positive, then the user device suggests and prompts the fulfilled securities information to the user so as to provide a reference to the user for determining when to buy or sell the securities in which the user is interested.

Abstract: An alerting method which actively alerts the user if the trading he/she is making fulfills a predetermined trading strategy is disclosed. This method firstly determines an alerting condition of a security in a client device. The alerting condition is associated with a disciplined operating rule. The client device then accesses a historical trading record of the security, and calculates a prime cost of the security based on the record. When the user uses the client device to perform a trading of the security, and inputs a volume and a price of the security, and then, according to the alerting condition and the prime cost of the security, the client device determines whether or not the input volume and price fulfills the disciplined operating rule defined by the alerting condition, so as to display an alerting message on the client device based on the result of determination.

Abstract: A method for indicating divergence signals of securities related technical indicators is employed in a securities information processing system which comprises a server and a mobile device. The user can operate the mobile device to select and set-up multiple individual stocks and a time interval, and the server will check if there is any divergence signal occurred on any selected individual stock during the time interval. When there is any divergence signal found during the check, the server sends the result of check to the mobile device, and then the result will be shown on the mobile device as a matrix table. The user may watch and take this matrix table as a reference to decide when to buy or sell the individual stock.

Abstract: An alerting method of a trend of security information is implemented in a client device of a security information processing system. The method allows a user of the client device to click and drag at least one trend line on a technical graph of security information to form at least one alerting line so as to generate at least one advising condition corresponding to the trend line and the user's click-and-drag operations. When the client device receives a plurality of security information, the client device checks if any of the received security information matches any one of the advising conditions. If “YES”, then the client device generates an alerting signal and displays that matched security information on the client device, such that the user can see the matched security information and take it as a reference for deciding whether or not to buy or sell the security.

Abstract: An information servicing method and an accompanying system use the VPN wireless communication channel of information service provider to transmit pure text contents of each information record to corresponding user devices, and use another wireless communication channel to transmit multimedia contents contained in the information record to the user devices; such that usage of communication bandwidth of the VPN wireless communication channel can be substantially minimized and the cost thereof can also be reduced. The information service provider includes a server which analyzes each information record in advance to obtain a goods symbol corresponding to the information record. The user device generates a chart by using the received goods symbol and its corresponding information record. The chart and the pure text content of the information record are integrated into a single page which is then actively displayed on the display of the user device.

Abstract: A securities information service system, comprising: a securities information module, a transaction record module, and an information service module. The securities information module receives a plurality of securities information from at least an external source of securities information. The transaction record module receives a plurality of transaction records provided by at least an external brokerage firm. The information service module accepts at least a user option from an external user, and compiles a combined data from the plurality of securities information and transaction records according to the user option, as well as simultaneously displaying all contents of the combined data for the user. The securities information service system may simultaneously display combined data derived from different sources, and generate recommended buying/selling prices according to the combined data so as to assist users in determining a most preferred time for buying/selling securities.

Abstract: A distributed push-pull information service system comprises an information service server and at least one client device. The server provides at least a first kind of information in a pushing basis by means of broadcasting and a second kind of information in a pulled basis by means of user demand. The client device can receive the broadcasted first kind of information and send a pulling request to the server for acquiring the second kind of information. The first and second kinds of information are transmitted by means of compressed and encrypted raw data. The client device further comprises a graphic user interface module for transforming at least part of the transmitted raw data into a graphic which is then displayed on the client device. The pulling request includes a search request which contains at least a specific term and a specific time period to be searched.
