  • Patent number: 7300337
Abstract: A grinding machine with a dust collector includes a driving portion, a transmitting portion, a dust-collecting tube, a fender, an air intake connector and a grinding wheel. The dust produced by the rotation of the grinding wheel is sucked by the dust-collecting tube having an inner tube. The inner tube is interconnected with an exhaust vent of the driving portion and the dust-discharging opening. An outlet of the inner tube is parallel to an airflow passage of the dust-discharging opening, such that when an exhaust gas is discharged from the inner tube, a siphon effect is produced at the airflow passage of the dust-collecting tube to suck and collect the dusts produced by the grinding wheel.

  • Patent number: 7144315
Abstract: A grinding wheel including a ring-shaped wheel, a first fixing cap, a second fixing cap and a buffer member. The ring-shaped wheel has a fixing section and a working section formed along outer circumference of the fixing section. The first and second fixing caps are respectively mounted on two sides of the fixing section. The buffer member is positioned between the first and second fixing caps for reducing shock produced in operation. The circumference of the buffer member is formed with multiple movable vanes. When the grinding wheel is rotated at high speed, the centrifugal force will deform the movable vanes of the buffer member to lean on the ring-shaped wheel for supporting the working section thereof.

  • Patent number: 7118467
Abstract: A pneumatic buffing machine including a housing having an internal chamber in which a pneumatically driven motor set is mounted. The motor set includes an eccentric block for driving a grinding disc. A skirt shade is screwed under a bottom of the housing by means of outer thread and inner thread. The skirt shade has a large diameter section and a small diameter section. The skirt shade is formed with a central through hole. The eccentric block of the motor set is passed through the through hole and accommodated in the large diameter section. A shoulder section is formed between the large diameter section and the small diameter section and adjacent to the outer thread of the small diameter section. A top end of the small diameter section serves as a stopper section.

  • Patent number: 6932165
Abstract: A controlling mechanism of pneumatic tool. The controlling mechanism is formed with a radial hole in which a speed adjustment button and a direction switching button are disposed. A pad member is disposed between the speed adjustment button and direction switching button. The speed adjustment button is formed with an axial through hole in which a pin member is inserted. One end of the pin member is formed with a through hole. A valve rod is passed through a through hole of an inlet passage of the main body of the pneumatic tool and inserted into the through hole of the pin member. When the pin member is driven, the valve rod is driven to bias a valve plate, whereby the air can get into the main body of the pneumatic tool.

  • Patent number: 6616719
Abstract: An air-liquid separating method and apparatus for compressed air. The high pressure air output from an air compressor is transferred through a transfer tube to pass through the cooling tube of a cooling tank. The cooling tube has a diameter larger than that of the transfer tube so that the high pressure air goes from a smaller room into a larger room and the pressure is relieved. The temperature of the high pressure air is lowered due to relief of the pressure and the pressure of the vapor is, approximately the saturated vapor pressure. The cooled high pressure air is further transferred to an air-liquid separating tank. The temperature of the air is lowered to the dew point due to further relief of pressure. At this time, the vapor contained in the high pressure air is condensed into liquid water which drops onto the bottom of the air-liquid separating tank and separates from the air.
