    Abstract: According to embodiments of the disclosure, a substrate structure, a method for manufacturing the substrate structure, and a method for manufacturing an electronic device are disclosed. The substrate structure includes a carrier, a de-bonding layer, and a flexible substrate. The carrier has a top surface. The de-bonding layer contacts the carrier, wherein there is a first adhesion force between the de-bonding layer and the carrier. The de-bonding layer is prepared from a composition, and the composition includes at least one acrylate-based monomer and at least one acrylate-based oligomer, wherein the total number of acrylate groups in the acrylate-based monomer and the acrylate-based oligomer is greater than or equal to 3. The flexible substrate covers and contacts the de-bonding layer, wherein there is a second adhesion force between the de-bonding layer and the flexible substrate. The second adhesion force is greater than the first adhesion force.

The cathode structure and the gate structure are disposed on the substrate. The emission sources are arranged regularly on the cathode structure. A field emission flat lamp including said cathode plate, an anode plate and a sealant is provided. The sealant is disposed between and seals the cathode plate and the anode plate. Since the volume of each emission source is small, the bubbles resided inside the emission sources can be reduced, such that the qualities of the field emission flat lamp and the cathode plate thereof can be improved.

The present method for improving vacuum of the field emission system can be integrated with the standard process of a field emission display device without additional fabricating steps, and thus facilitating the mass production of the field emission display device.

    Abstract: An apparatus of the field emission light source having a luminous area and a non-luminous area includes a first plate, a second plate, cathode structures, gate structures, emission sources, an anode layer, a fluorescent layer, a getter, a retaining device and a sealant. The cathode structures are disposed in the luminous area and on the first plate. The emission sources are disposed on the cathode structures. The anode layer is disposed on the second plate. The fluorescent layer is disposed on the anode layer. The getter is disposed in the non-luminous area and on one of the first and the second plates. The retaining device is disposed between the luminous area and the non-luminous area. The sealant is sandwiched between the first plate and the second plate. When activating the getter, the retaining device can prevent metal ions gushed from the getter from entering the luminous area.

    Abstract: A field emission backlight unit comprises a substrate, first electrodes and second electrodes, a fluorescent lighting panel and an anode plate. The first electrodes are disposed on the substrate. The second electrodes are interlaced with the first electrodes and disposed on the substrate. The second electrodes receive a clock signal sequentially according to a first period. The fluorescent lighting panel is disposed at the opposite side of the substrate. The anode plate is disposed at the opposite side of the substrate. When there is a specific voltage between the first electrodes and the second electrodes to generate electrons, the anode plate pulls electrons to hit the fluorescent lighting panel to emit light.
