    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) and a shift register device thereof are disclosed. The shift registers are categorized into a first group, a second group, and a third group.     Abstract: An LCD and a bidirectional shift register device thereof are provided. The bidirectional shift register device of the invention is disposed on the substrate of the panel and includes multi-stages shift registers in series connection. Each stage shift register includes a pre-charging unit, a pull-up unit and a pull-down unit, in which the pre-charging unit receives a first preset clock signal and the output from a (i?1)th stage shift register or a (i+1)th stage shift register so as to thereby output a charging signal. The pull-up unit receives the charging signal and a second preset clock signal so as to thereby output a scan signal. The pull-down unit receives the second preset clock signal, a third preset clock signal and the output from the (i+2)th stage shift register or the (i?2)th stage shift register so as to decide whether or not pulling down the scan signal to a reference level.

    Abstract: A compensation circuit of organic light emitting diode comprising a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a stabilizer unit, a third transistor, an organic light emitting diode and a driver unit. The stabilizer unit comprises a first transistor, a second transistor and a photodiode. The driver unit comprises a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor and a sixth transistor. The fifth transistor is used for driving the organic light emitting diode. The first transistor, the second transistor, the third transistor, the fourth transistor and the sixth transistor are used as switches. The first capacitor is used as a compensation capacitor. The second capacitor is used for storing a data voltage. By controlling a voltage of a node in the circuit, the current of the organic light emitting diode can be increased to maintain a stable brightness of the organic light emitting diode.

The compensation circuit comprises a stabilization unit, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor and an organic light emitting diode (OLED). In the operation of the OLED, the third transistor discharges or charges a node of the stabilization unit continuously to keep a voltage equal to VSS or VDD, so as to maintain the luminance intensity of the OLED.

    Abstract: The gate of the first TFT in the present invention is discharged through the first TFT and the OLED in the compensation and data writing stage operation. As in cases that the usage time of the display pixel extends and the threshold voltage of the first TFT increases and the mobility thereof decreases, the voltage of the OLED increases, or the size of the display becomes larger to induce IR drop, the present invention enables to reduce the discharge voltage (charge current) to raise the gate voltage of the first TFT for compensating the OLED current drop. Meanwhile, the fifth TFT has characteristic of the threshold voltage increase. As the threshold voltage of the fifth TFT increases with usage time, the compensation of the OLED luminous efficiency drop can be realized.
