    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for processing defect information of a product, which includes the following steps of: acquiring defect information on a current film layer and defect information on historical film layers; determining whether defect information exists at a target location of the historical film layer if defect information exists at a target location of the current film layer; if defect information exists for a corresponding location to the target location in at least one of the historical film layers, deleting the defect information detected at the target location in the current film layer; and if no defect information exists for the target location in any of the historical film layers, retaining the defect information detected at the target location in the current film layer.

    Abstract: A hierarchical system for detecting an object with parallel architecture and a hierarchical method thereof is disclosed. The system includes at least one image-retrieving device retrieving at least an image and searching a plurality of obstacle position images in it. The image-retrieving device is electrically connected with an image-processing device to receive the obstacle position images transmitted by the image-retrieving device, uses parallel architecture classification to obtain at least one object image and a plurality of cropping frames thereof from the obstacle position images, synchronously separates the cropping frames to retrieve characteristic values of each cropping frame, uses convolutional neural network to simultaneously recognize the characteristic values of each cropping frame, and searches and outputs the correct cropping frame from the object image, thereby immediately detecting the object outside a vehicle and obtaining the cropping frame of the object to avoid detection error.

The method includes: a first step of forming a silicon nitride layer over a silicon substrate so as to form a silicon-silicon nitride structure; and a second step of forming a silicon dioxide layer over the silicon-silicon nitride structure obtained in the first step so as to form a silicon-silicon nitride-silicon dioxide structure. Dummy wafers with this special structure are able to avoid deposition rate inconsistency in a polysilicon deposition process and are capable of avoiding conventional dummy wafers' adverse effect on deposit layer thicknesses of process wafers and hence providing the process wafers with deposit layers having a high inter-wafer uniformity.
