Abstract: Disclosed are a mounting base and a cat furniture device. The mounting base includes: a fixing plate, a plurality of pins, a mounting plate, and a plurality of connecting members. The plurality of pins are located on a side of the fixing plate, and fixed to the fixing plat. The mounting plate is located at an end of the fixing plate, and fixed to the end of the fixing plate, and configured to be fixed to the support. The plurality of connecting members are configured to be fixed to the cat furniture item. The pins are configured to be snapped with the connecting members respectively to fix the cat furniture item to the mounting base. This configuration can reduce the risk of the cat furniture item being damaged during detaching the cat furniture item from the wall surface.

Abstract: Disclosed are a connecting structure and a cat furniture item. The connecting structure includes: a first connector, configured to be fixed to one of an end surface of a column and a panel, and provided with at least one slot; a second connector, configured to be fixed to the other one, and provided with at least one block. The at least one block is configured to engage with the at least one slot respectively to achieve a detachable connection. Based on the connecting structure, the efficiency of disassembly and assembly between various components of the cat furniture item can be improved. In addition, additional fixing components such as screws are unnecessary, so that the accidental injury caused by exposure of screws can be fundamentally avoided.

Abstract: A microcode (uCode) hot-upgrade method for bare metal cloud deployment and associated apparatus. The uCode hot-upgrade method applies a uCode patch to a firmware storage device (e.g., BIOS SPI flash) through an out-of-band controller (e.g., baseboard management controller (BMC)). In conjunction with receiving a uCode patch, a uCode upgrade interrupt service is triggered to upgrade uCode for one or more CPUs in a bare-metal cloud platform during runtime of a tenant host operating system (OS) using an out-of-bound process. This innovation enables cloud service providers to deploy uCode hot-patches to bare metal servers for persistent storage and live-patch without touching the tenant operating system environment.

Abstract: Disclosed are a single plate for assembling a cat climbing frame and a cat climbing frame thereof, belonging to the technical field of pet products. The center of the panel is provided with an open hole, which can be used for cats to shuttle and play. As the circular plate is detachably connected to the open hole of the panel, the circular plate can be folded, so that the circular plate can completely or partially close the open hole selectively. When the open hole is not needed or only the semi-open hole is reserved, it is only necessary to completely or partially close the open hole through the circular plate, which greatly facilitates the trepanning of the single plate, improves the flexibility of the cat climbing frame, avoids replacing the single plate, reassembles the cat climbing frame, and saves manpower.
