    Abstract: A rotating device includes a rotating shaft, a rotating disc, a left clamping disc, a right clamping disc, an upper clamping disc, and a recovering component. The upper clamping disc, the left clamping disc, and the right clamping disc are sleeved on the rotating shaft. The upper clamping disc fixes the rotating disc, the left clamping disc, and the right clamping disc on the rotating shaft. The recovering component abuts between a side of the left clamping disc and a side of the right clamping disc. A clamping zone is formed between the other side of the left clamping disc and the other side of the right clamping disc for clamping the detecting disc, and an overlapping zone is formed between the side of the left clamping disc and the side of the right clamping disc and opposite to the clamping zone.

    Abstract: A biological disc and method of positioning the biological disc is presented. The biological disc includes a manufacturing information data zone on the outermost peripheral for storing data corresponding to characteristics and limitations of the biological disc, a plurality of flow paths, and a biological detecting zone on the outer peripheral. The testing start mark is used to mark starting point for counting testing chambers. Dividers are disposed between a plurality of testing mark, upper positioning mark, and lower positioning mark. The testing chamber is displayed in the testing mark. The lower positioning mark is positioned across the lower half of the testing mark and the upper positioning mark is positioned across the upper half of the testing mark used for positioning the testing mark.

    Abstract: A method for determining phase difference of tracking error (TE) signal is disclosed. The method includes following steps. An optical disc drive is activated to generate a TE signal. Amplitudes of the master push pull (MPP) signal, the secondary push pull (SPP) signal and the TE signal are measured. The phase difference between the MPP signal and the SPP signal of the TE signal is quickly calculated according to the law of cosine.
