Abstract: A serial LED driver with a built-in calibratable parameter transmits a grayscale vector, a calibration parameter matrix or an appropriate current value vector and includes: a nonvolatile memory receiving and storing the calibratable parameter; a calibration matrix processing unit reads elements corresponding to the LED lamp bead and being pre-stored in the calibration parameter matrix of the nonvolatile memory, receives the grayscale vector, and performs matrix computation according to the grayscale vector and the calibration parameter matrix to generate a new grayscale vector; and a pulse width modulation circuit, which outputs a constant current to the LED lamp bead according to the first new grayscale vector to adjust the LED lamp bead; or outputs another corresponding constant current to adjust the LED lamp bead according to the new grayscale vector and the appropriate current value vector corresponding to the LED lamp bead and being pre-stored in the nonvolatile memory.

Abstract: A cooling system for a rack of servers includes a plurality of cooling circuits, where each cooling circuit is coupled to a server of the rack. Each cooling circuit includes a plurality of cooling modules arranged in parallel. Each cooling module includes a cold plate having a cooling conduit passing therethrough, and a pump fluidly coupled to the cooling conduit. The cooling circuit further includes one or more valves fluidly interconnecting the plurality of cooling modules. Each of the one or more valves, when turned on, fluidly connects the cooling conduits of any two adjacent cooling modules. The cooling system further includes a first cooling distribution manifold fluidly connected to the cooling circuit of each of the plurality of servers through an inlet pipe, and a second cooling distribution manifold fluidly connected to the cooling circuit of each of the plurality of servers through an outlet pipe.

Abstract: A method for making a semiconductor device includes patterning at least one dielectric layer disposed over a conductive cap layer to form a via opening penetrating through the at least one dielectric layer to expose the conductive cap layer and to form a top portion of the conductive cap layer into a metal oxide layer; converting the metal oxide layer to a metal oxynitride layer by a soft ashing process using a processing gas containing nitrogen gas; removing the metal oxynitride layer from a remaining portion of the conductive cap layer; and forming a via contact in the via opening to electrically connect the remaining portion of the conductive cap layer.

Abstract: A method and a device for acquiring character information in a picture, a non-transitory storage medium, a page processing method, and a knowledge graph construction method are disclosed. The method for acquiring character information in a picture includes: acquiring a picture and extracting at least one piece of character information in the picture; and checking-and-correcting the at least one piece of character information based on a knowledge graph.

The cooling device includes an inlet conduit, a first cold plate, a connecting conduit, a second cold plate, an outlet conduit, and a heat conductor. Coolant flows through the inlet conduit. The first cold plate has a first inlet surface and a first outlet surface. The inlet conduit is coupled to the first inlet surface. The inlet conduit transfers the coolant into the first cold plate. The connecting conduit is coupled at one end to the first outlet surface. The coolant flows from the first cold plate through the connecting conduit. The second cold plate has a second inlet surface and a second outlet surface, the connecting conduit being coupled at another end to the second inlet surface. The outlet conduit is coupled to the second outlet surface. The coolant flows from the second cold plate through the outlet conduit.

Abstract: A lens module mounted on rigid-flex printed circuit board (PCB) includes a rigid-flex PCB unit having two rigid PCBs and a flex PCB connected to between the two rigid PCBs, and an image sensor and a lens mounted on the flex PCB. A clearance is formed between the lens and the two rigid PCBs, and is filled with clearance glue. The clearance glue reinforces joints of the flex PCB and the two rigid PCBs, and the lens module becomes an integral structure after the clearance glue is cured.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a transformer including a first inductor, a second inductor, and a third inductor. The apparatus also includes a power amplifier having an output coupled to the first inductor, a low-noise amplifier having an input coupled to a first terminal of the third inductor, and a fourth inductor having a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the second terminal of the fourth inductor is coupled to a second terminal of the third inductor. The apparatus also includes a switch coupled between the first terminal of the third inductor and the first terminal of the fourth inductor.

Abstract: A vibration structure of electrical toothbrush includes an eccentric rod. Two ends of the eccentric rod are respectively formed with a transmission section and a weight section. The transmission section is drivable by a driving force to rotate so as to drive the weight section to eccentrically vibrate. The weight section has an opening and a receiving space inward recessed from the opening. A cover member is correspondingly mated with the opening to cover the same. A weight block is disposed in the receiving space to partially or totally increase the weight of the weight section, whereby due to the increased weight, the weight section is unbalanced in weight to deflect from a central axis of the eccentric rod.

Abstract: A vehicular radar auxiliary jig includes a transverse extensible bar, two longitudinal extensible bars and two upright bars. Abstract: Provided herein are genetically modified (GM) natural killer (NK) cells and methods of producing populations of GM NK cells. Further provided herein are methods of using the GM NK cells described herein, to, e.g., suppress the proliferation of tumor cells, or to inhibit pathogen infection, e.g., viral infection. In certain alternatives, GM NK cells provided herein lack expression of CBLB, NKG2A and/or TGFBR2 and/or function or show reduced expression and/or function of CBLB, NKG2A and/or TGFBR2. In certain alternatives, GM NK cells provided herein comprise modified CD16.

Abstract: Described herein is a process of preparing a structural colored coating film including steps of i) applying colloidal particles dispersed in a solvent mixture including at least two organic solvents onto a substrate to form a colloidal particles layer; ii) drying the colloidal particles layer to form a photonic crystal structure layer; iii) applying a coating composition including at least one thermally crosslinkable resin and at least one crosslinking agent onto the photonic crystal structure layer to form a coating; and iv) heat curing. Also described herein is an article having at least one structural colored coating film obtainable or obtained from the process.

The sealed computer chassis housing, defines an interior space and an exterior surface with a heat sink for the interior space. The heat source is disposed within the interior space. The heat spreader includes a plurality of thermally-conductive protrusions coupled to one or more components of the heat source by an intermediate thermally conductive layer. The thermal pad is positioned above and in thermal contact with the heat spreader. The thermal pad is positioned to contact an interior wall of the sealed computer chassis housing opposite to the heat sink.

Abstract: A semiconductor device and method of manufacture are provided which utilize a remote plasma process which reduces or eliminates segregation of material. By reducing segregation of the material, overlying conductive material can be deposited on a smoother interface. By depositing on smoother interfaces, overall losses of the deposited material may be avoided, which improves the overall yield.
