  • Publication number: 20080214048
Abstract: An isolation cap structure for an antenna connector is disclosed. The isolation cap structure is made of an injection molded plastic material and has a sleeve, a back plate rotatably connected to one end portion of the sleeve and a clamping portion rortatably connected to one end portion of the back plate. A hole is formed at the center of the sleeve, and two bumps are disposed at the back side of the sleeve for embedding the back plate and allowing the clamping portion to flip down to clamp the wires. Thus, the isolation cap structure can be held conveniently and quickly in position with wire terminals. Because of the elastic property of the injection molded plastic material, the isolation cap structure is capable of restraining the unplugging/plugging forces and therefore the reliability and the durability of the isolation cap can be effectively promoted.

  • Publication number: 20070196979
Abstract: A method for forming semiconductor packages is disclosed. The method involves providing a support substrate and forming at least one conductive layer thereon. The method also includes coupling the at least one conductive layer to a support face of a film substrate for securing the at least one conductive layer to the support face and removing the support substrate from the at least one conductive layer. The at least one interconnector is adhered to the film substrate for forming an interposer. The method further involves bonding a integrated circuit chip to the at least one conductive layer of the interposer and disposing a compound over the support face to thereby encapsulate the integrated circuit chip and the least one conductive layer for forming an encapsulated package therefrom. Portions of the at least one conductive layer is then exposed by removing the film substrate from the encapsulated package.

  • Publication number: 20070152906
Abstract: A structure of an antenna connector is provided. The antenna connector comprises a metal plate and an isolation member. The metal plate comprises at least a terminal, two wing boards and a clamp, wherein the terminal is located between the two wing boards and the clamp is located below the terminal. The isolation member comprises a sleeve located at a position corresponding to the terminal of the metal plate and two fixing portions located at positions corresponding to the two wing boards. The two fixing portions comprise a plurality of slots for fixing the wind boards. To assemble the isolation member to the metal plate, the isolation member is placed over the metal plate such that the terminal is received within the sleeve of the isolation member and the two wing boards are fixed into the slots of the two fixing portions respectively.

  • Patent number: 6772700
Abstract: A control structure of a supporting foot for collapsible furniture comprises a base having a rotation shaft fixed on the supporting foot. A concave hole is formed in the base and an extension shaft of the rotation shaft is combined with a spring and a sleeve. When the supporting feet are rotated to a predetermined position where the sleeve aims exactly at the concave hole of the base, the sleeve is pushed into the hole by the spring to fix and unfold the supporting feet. On the contrary, when the sleeve is pulled out of the hole, the supporting feet are free now for getting folded and closed together with the furniture body by relative rotation.
