    Abstract: The present invention discloses a stepper lithography apparatus, its lithography pattern alignment device and operating method. Several three-dimensional marks are set on the wafer as coordinate presets for positioning the wafer surface, and the three-dimensional marks are measured by the sensing technology using probe sensors to obtain coordinates of the wafer surface with sub-nanometer accuracy, the wafer stage is then moved and the new coordinates of the three-dimensional mark are measured and compared with the same three-dimensional nano-coordinates before the wafer stage is moved to obtain the error value of the wafer area position coordinates. This coordinate error is compensated by moving the relative position of the exposure beam generator and the wafer area using the closed-loop control principle to achieve accurate re-alignment of the relative coordinate positions.

    Abstract: A system for a semiconductor fabrication facility comprises a transporting tool configured to move a carrier, a first manufacturing tool configured to accept the carrier facing in a first direction, a second manufacturing tool configured to accept the carrier facing in the second direction, and an orientation tool. The carrier is moved to the orientation tool by the transporting tool prior to being moved to the first manufacturing tool or the second manufacturing tool by the transporting tool. The orientation tool rotates the carrier so that the carrier is accepted by the first manufacturing tool or the second manufacturing tool. The transporting tool, the first manufacturing tool, the second manufacturing tool and the orientation tool are physically separated from each other.

A network session inferring step is performed to execute an inference software module, and the inference software module processes at least one network packet of each of the network sessions and a packet characteristic module according to a machine learning algorithm to infer a priority level. An adaptive priority list establishing step is performed to execute a classification software module, and the classification software module establishes an adaptive priority list according to the priority levels of the network sessions. The communication equipment transmits the network packets of each of the network sessions to a network according to the adaptive priority list so as to set QoS of the network sessions.
