The first surface connects with the structural surface. A first angle included between the first surface and the structural surface ranges from 110 degrees to 130 degrees. The second surface connects with the structural surface. The second surface connects with the first surface to form a trench axis. The first surface of each of the trench structures is closer to the light incident surface relative to the corresponding second surface.

A composition of the first fluorescence material includes an aluminum nitride oxide doped with at least one of europium (Eu) and manganese (Mn). A first emitted light emitted by the first fluorescence material after the first fluorescence material absorbs the exciting light emitted from the LED chip and a second emitted light emitted by the second fluorescence material after the second fluorescence material absorbs the exciting light emitted from the LED chip are mixed to generate a white light.
