  • Patent number: 11177091
Abstract: A keyboard device includes a base plate, a membrane circuit board and a key. The key includes a keycap, a connecting assembly, a first stabilizer bar and a second stabilizer bar. The connecting assembly is connected between the keycap and the base plate. The first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are connected between the keycap and the connecting assembly. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate, the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are swung to stabilize the key. Since the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar are connected between the keycap and the connecting assembly, the first stabilizer bar and the second stabilizer bar will not readily collide with or knock on the base plate. During the operation, the generated noise is reduced. Consequently, the operating comfort to the user is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20200203098
Abstract: A keyboard device includes a base, a wing-type connecting element and a keycap. The base plate includes a close-type connecting bracket. The wing-type connecting element includes a first frame and a second frame. A connecting shaft of the second frame is received within the close-type connecting bracket. Consequently, the wing-type connecting element is connected with the base plate. While the keycap is depressed, the connecting shaft is only allowed to be rotated and limited within the close-type connecting bracket. Since the swinging range of the wing-type connecting element is reduced, the keyboard device of the present invention is capable of improving the depressing stability of the keycap.

  • Patent number: 9767970
Abstract: A key structure includes a connecting plate, a keycap, a triggering element, a scissors-type connecting element, a membrane switch circuit member, and a supporting plate. The keycap includes a protrusion part. The supporting plate includes an accommodation part and an elastic structure. The elastic structure is aligned with the protrusion part and disposed within the accommodation part. When the keycap is depressed, the protrusion part is moved with the keycap to push the triggering element. Consequently, the membrane switch circuit member is triggered by the triggering element. Moreover, as the protrusion part is moved with the keycap, the protrusion part collides with the elastic structure to generate a sound.

  • Patent number: 9087650
Abstract: A keycap structure includes a reinforcement element and a keycap body. The reinforcement element includes two long segments and two short segments. The keycap body includes plural fixing parts and two protruding parts. The plural fixing parts are used for fixing two ends of each long segment of the reinforcement element. The two protruding parts are used for pushing the two short segments of the reinforcement element, so that the reinforcement element is subjected to deformation. Consequently, the reinforcement element generates a reacting force to push against the bilateral sides of the keycap body. Under this circumstance, the top surface of the keycap body is formed as a downwardly-concave arc-shaped surface, so that the shape of the keycap structure is effectively corrected.
