  • Publication number: 20240303742
Abstract: A method for analyzing an investment portfolio includes using a trained base model to obtain an estimated rate of return of a corresponding investment asset. Factor data are substituted into the corresponding base model and SHAP algorithm is performed on the base model to obtain respective SHAP values corresponding to the factor data. A portfolio ratio of investment assets is obtained by calculating environmental parameters and the estimated rate of return. The estimated rate of return is calculated in terms of the portfolio ratio to obtain an estimated rate of return of the investment portfolio. The SHAP values corresponding to the investment portfolio are calculated in terms of the portfolio ratio. A plurality of key factors are selected by determining a degree of influence of each of factors affecting the investment assets according to the SHAP values of the investment portfolio corresponding to the factor data.

  • Patent number: 8350819
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for determining touch points on a touch panel and a system thereof. The method includes the following steps: sampling, calculating a difference, comparing the difference, sampling a determinative area, and calculating a barycenter. The barycenter position from the said steps is a touch point position. The present invention can overcome the problem of the ghost point in traditional touch panels and also be applicable for touch panels of various types.

  • Publication number: 20120206399
Abstract: A method and system for processing the signals of a touch panel are provided. Therein, the capacitive values of each sensor on the touch panel are successively taken during a period of time. Then, the average capacitive value of each sensor is calculated for computing estimated touch point coordinates. The distance between each two sets of such coordinates sensed respectively at two sensing time points is calculated. If a distance thus calculated is less than a predetermined distance, the two sets of estimated touch point coordinates corresponding to the distance are defined as valid touch point coordinates. If a series of estimated touch point coordinates are successively defined as valid touch point coordinates for a predetermined number of times, the touch point corresponding to each set of valid touch point coordinates in the series is defined as a valid touch point. Thus, the precision of touch point determination is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20090135978
Abstract: An apparatus and method for estimating and compensating sampling frequency offset are disclosed. Particularly, a linear mathematical scheme is employed to calculate the related phase difference for saving use of multipliers and storage circuit used for sampling frequency offset estimation and compensation in the conventional art. The preferred embodiment of the invention has a first step to receive signals by the offset estimating circuit. Next, the phase value for each signal is calculated, and the pilot signal therein is retrieved. Next, a phase difference is obtained by subtraction operation between the received symbols and the delayed pilot symbols. And a circuit for storing the phase differences is incorporated. Next, a phase difference between the adjacent symbols is obtained by accumulating the phases and processing the least-error-sum-of-squares operation. Therefore, an estimation value of the sampling frequency offset of a communication system is obtained, and further to compensate the offset.

  • Publication number: 20080298223
Abstract: A packet detecting circuit detects a packet inputting time via calculating a delay correlation function and an autocorrelation function. In order to prevent a DC offset from affecting the calculation of the delay correlation function and the autocorrelation function, when the packet detecting circuit calculates the delay correlation function and the autocorrelation function, the packet detecting circuit will calculate and remove the error of the delay correlation function and the autocorrelation function produced by a DC offset. Then the packet detecting circuit calculates a packet triggering value according to the delay correlation function and the autocorrelation function for detecting the packet inputting time more precisely.
