Inner and outer rod members are secured to the seat frame. An inner screw rod is rotatably mounted on the inner armrest frame, and is operably associated with the inner rod member. An outer screw rod is rotatably mounted on the outer armrest frame, and is associated with the outer rod member in such a manner that tightening of the outer screw rod prevents movement of the seat frame relative to the armrest frames.
