Air drawn into the multistage air pump is compressed in multiple stages within a single push, such that a large amount of high pressure air is provided.

The torsion assembly has at least one torsion spring and a pivoting rod. The pivoting rod is mounted through the first pivoting seat and the second pivoting seat to pivotally mount the stationary panel around the rim assembly. The torsion springs offer a resilient force to resist the force of bending the rim assembly. With the torsion springs mounted around the pivoting rod, the basketball hoop in accordance with the present invention reduces the amount of the components. With the decrease of the amount of the components, the installation is easier and faster, and the cost is reduced therefore.

The transparent film is connected to the mounting board so as to form an interlayer space between the transparent film and the mounting board. The attractive board is removably inserted into the interlayer space between the transparent film and the mounting board and has a court layer. The court layer is attached to the attractive board, is visible via the transparent film and is protected by the transparent film. The box is mounted on the mounting board and receives multiple magnets inside. Therefore, a coach can instruct tactics to players easily by putting the magnets on the transparent film corresponding to the court layer of the attractive board.

The hand grip and the piston are mounted on two ends of the piston rod. The deflating unit and the inflating unit are respectively mounted in the air channels and respectively have two check valves mounted therein in two opposite directions. When the hand grip is lifted and pressed down, air respectively flows in and flows out of the hand pump through the air channel. Accordingly, the hand pump provides a practical and convenient solution to integrate inflating and deflating functions as a whole for users to flexibly select from when the dual duty hand pump is in use.
