  • Publication number: 20020176385
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for removing signal interference in a local radio communication device mounted in a mobile terminal. The method comprises receiving information on a channel in use from the mobile terminal in session; determining based on the received channel information whether a harmonic component of a channel frequency used by the mobile terminal belongs to a frequency band used by the local radio communication device; and assigning a channel in a frequency band with none of the harmonic component among the frequency band used by the local radio communication device as a channel of the local radio communication device, when the harmonic component of the channel frequency used by the mobile terminal belongs to the frequency band used by the local radio communication device.

  • Patent number: 6330042
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display includes the steps of forming a gate electrode including a first metal on a substrate. A gate insulation layer is formed on the substrate having the gate electrode and a semiconductor layer is formed on the gate insulation layer covering the gate electrode. A source electrode contacting one side of the semiconductor layer, a drain electrode contacting the other side of the semiconductor layer using a second metal are formed. A passivation layer is formed on the substrate having the source electrode. A drain contact hole is formed by patterning some portion of the passivation layer and the drain electrode. The drain electrode has an etched side wall. A pixel electrode is formed contacting the etched side wall of the drain electrode using a conductive material.

  • Patent number: 6153141
Abstract: A container (10), which holds a molding material (12), is attached to a mold. The molding material passes from the container to the mold through an orifice (18) during the molding process. The container is gradiently heated with the hottest part of the container near the orifice, the heat gradually decreasing towards the opposite end of the container. The hotter molding material deforms faster than the cooler material and as the plastic is forced into the mold, the air escapes past the molding material along the container walls in the direction of the cooler material. A mechanism (16), preferably a narrow ram having a slightly conical shape (22), forces the molding material into the mold. The conical shape allows the air to pass by the mechanism out the end of the container opposite the orifice.

  • Patent number: 5890502
Abstract: A,method and an apparatus for cleaning semiconductor devices, in which water droplets are completely eliminated after the wafer is cleaned in the course of the semiconductor manufacturing process. In the method and apparatus, after the thin film is cleaned, a cut off valve cuts off the supply of cleaning solution to a cleaning container. At the same time, a first drain valve, second drain valve, and third drain valve respectively open a first drain path, a second drain path, and third drain path in serial order, with a predetermined time interval between each stage, thereby slowly draining the cleaning solution from the container. The cleaning solution is easily and nearly completely separated from the wafer due to the surface tension of the cleaning solution, and no large drops of the cleaning solution are left on the wafer.
