  • Publication number: 20120231355
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a polymer electrolyte membrane having a construction wherein an ionomer is charged in pores of a nanoweb having a high melting point, being insoluble in an organic solvent and having excellent pore characteristics, under optimum conditions. Therefore, an overall thickness of the electrolyte membrane may be reduced, thereby attaining advantages such as decrease in ohmic loss, reduction of material costs, excellent heat resistance, low thickness expansion rate which in turn prevents proton conductivity from being deteriorated over a long term. The polymer electrolyte membrane of the present invention comprises a porous nanoweb having a melting point of 300? or more and being insoluble in an organic solvent of NMP, DMF, DMA, or DMSO at room temperature; and an ionomer which is charged in pores of the porous nanoweb and contains a hydrocarbon material soluble in the organic solvent at room temperature.

  • Publication number: 20100090171
Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to a high conductive paste composite which can minimally undergo effects of a negative temperature resistance coefficient (e.g., heat radiation effect 5 to 10 times larger than that of copper or aluminum, high field emission effect, black body radiation, etc.) that the carbon nano tube has in the case of products using the carbon nano tube (MWNT or SWNT), which can solve problems (negative temperature resistance coefficient and high resistance) of a heating part (conductive carbon paste) that converts electric energy of a heating body into thermal energy.

  • Publication number: 20090248526
Abstract: A method and portable apparatus for settling a transaction are provided, in which the portable apparatus may be used as a card substitute payment device for settling a transaction. Information to conduct a settlement may be stored in the portable apparatus. The portable apparatus may be, for example, a portable phone or a PDA. A transaction inquiry machine may read or receive the information from the portable apparatus, similar to that of a card reader reading a magnetic card, and transmit the information to a VAN company server or a card company server, to then request for an approval to settle the transaction.

  • Patent number: 7552094
Abstract: An optical payment transceiver and an optical settlement system using the same uses a personal portable terminal incorporated with an optical transceiver as a card substitute payment unit for settlement. Here, card information is incorporated in a personal portable terminal incorporated with an optical transceiver such as a portable phone or a PDA and the optical transceiver is connected to a card inquiry machine to thereby optically transmit and receive card information. The card inquiry machine recognizes the received card information in the same manner as that of the card reader reading a magnetic card, and transmits the card information to a VAN company server or a card company server, to then request for an approval and settle transactions.

  • Publication number: 20080249948
Abstract: A financial information input method using a symmetric key security algorithm and a mobile communications commercial transaction system using the same encrypts financial information such as a customer's identification number and a valid date with a symmetric key algorithm by use of an electronic wallet administration number of a customer's terminal used as an encryption key at the time of applying an issuance of a card, and directly inputs the encrypted financial information into a customer's electronic wallet terminal or inputs the same via a communications network. In the case that a commercial transaction settlement is accomplished with a mobile communications terminal in which the encrypted financial information is stored, his or her own electronic wallet administration number is input so that the encrypted financial information and the administration number are optically transmitted to a POS terminal/card inquiry machine of an affiliated shop.
