The method can include forming a light shield layer at least in the sensing region, wherein the light shield layer includes an opening hole corresponding to the light transmitting part and exposes the light transmitting part to a laser beam through the opening hole. The method can further include forming a metal layer spaced apart from the light blocking layer in the first pixel region of the display region and the sensing region, and irradiating the laser beam to at least the sensing region to remove the metal layer from the light transmitting part.
