  • Patent number: 11969397
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating transplantation rejection or a transplantation rejection disease, comprising a novel compound and a calcineurin inhibitor. A co-administration of the present invention 1) reduces the activity of pathogenic Th1 cells or Th17 cells, 2) increases the activity of Treg cells, 3) has an inhibitory effect against side effects, such as tissue damage, occurring in the sole administration thereof, 4) inhibits various pathogenic pathways, 5) inhibits the cell death of inflammatory cells, and 6) increases the activity of mitochondria, in an in vivo or in vitro allogenic model, a transplantation rejection disease model, a skin transplantation model, and a liver-transplanted patient, and thus inhibits transplantation rejection along with mitigating side effects possibly occurring in the administration of a conventional immunosuppressant alone.

  • Patent number: 9209210
Abstract: A photo-detecting apparatus in which the time taken to read out a detection signal is decreased, and thus, a frame rate of the photo-detecting apparatus is improved. A photo-detecting pixel includes a photosensitive device for generating a first detection signal by photoelectrically converting incident light; a first transistor for generating a detection current by receiving the first detection signal generated by the photosensitive device via a gate terminal of the first transistor; a second transistor for forming a first current path with the first transistor, in response to a read signal input via a gate terminal of the second transistor; and a third transistor for delivering a voltage in accordance with the detection current to a data line, in response to a gate signal applied to a gate terminal of the third transistor.

  • Patent number: 8476596
Abstract: A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate for an X-ray detector that improves a fill factor is disclosed. According to one aspect, the substrate includes a plurality of pixel areas each including a transistor area in which a TFT is formed, and a photodiode area in which a photodiode is formed. A first wire is formed in a first layer disposed in a lower portion of a photodiode layer in which the photodiode is formed, in at least a portion of the transistor area of the photodiode layer, and in a second layer disposed in an upper portion of the photodiode layer. A second wire, insulated from the first wire, extends in the pixel areas and is formed in the second layer. At least one TFT is formed in the transistor area and electrically connected to at least one of the first and second wires.

  • Patent number: 6293673
Abstract: An eyeglass frame includes two temples and a pull-down member rotatably and ratchedly attached in an opening of the distal end of each temple. Each pull-down member is movable with respect to the end-piece at a series of discrete angles, and thereby provides a snug fit of the eyeglass frame on the user's face. The pull-down member includes a core with a central opening defined by a series of teeth. A pin having a complementary series of teeth along an outer surface thereof engages the toothed opening of the core to provide the pivotable and ratchetable displacement of the pull-down member relative to the end-piece of the frame temple. The pin has a top portion with an adjustment protrusion extending therefrom and a bottom portion which covers the opening of the end piece.
