Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for providing caller identification information by a caller's mobile phone. When there is a request, by a caller, for an addition of a word or phrase after an input of a call recipient's phone number, a caller's mobile phone receives an input of the word or phrase from the caller. When the caller inputs a request for making an outgoing call, the caller's mobile phone generates an outgoing call message, which includes a caller's phone number, the call recipient's phone number, and an input word or phrase, and sending the generated outgoing call message to the recipient's mobile phone.

Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for providing a ring back tone in a mobile communication terminal. Character information is received through a wireless data communication or generated through a user input. The character information is transformed into voice using a text-to-speech transformer and then provided as a ring back tone.

The inventory management method of the present invention includes updating, at the refrigerator, storage information on items stored in the refrigerator by scanning RF tags attached to the items whenever a door of the refrigerator is opened, transmitting the storage information to a mobile terminal, updating the storage information stored in the mobile terminal with the storage information transmitted from the refrigerator, and displaying, comparatively, the items of the updated storage information and items for the specific list set by a user or registering the items included in the specific list but not in the updated storage information as purchase information. In another aspect if there is a recipe for food preparation available from a website, the mobile terminal registers the items included in the recipe but which are not in the updated storage information as purchase information.

Particularly, when the SEND key is pressed in a predetermined telephone number editing pattern, the mobile terminal initiates a mode for editing the telephone number so that the user can easily edit the telephone number, for example, by adding a specific code or digit, without the need for excessive key-pressings to select the telephone number editing mode.

Abstract: A cyber farm system and a managing method thereof that can decorate an individual cyber farm by transmitting items related to the cyber farm to an electronic frame installed in a home using a mobile terminal. The method of managing a cyber farm using an electronic frame in a home network includes receiving a cyber farm item for the cyber farm; receiving a cyber farm program for managing the cyber farm item; managing the cyber farm by performing an operation or a role of the cyber farm item that is set according to the cyber farm program; and managing the cyber farm by providing a new cyber farm item downloaded to a mobile terminal to the electronic frame according to a user's request. Therefore, a user can feel fresh pleasure by making an environment for cyber animals similar to an actual environment.
