    Abstract: A radiotherapy system capable of compensating for displacement according to the breathing of a patient, and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The method includes the steps of: a) irradiating an affected part of the patient who lies on a moving phantom which compensates for displacement of the irradiated part according to breathing of the patient; b) measuring a distance from the irradiated part of the patient to each of ultrasonic sensors using ultrasound; c) extracting displacement of the irradiated part of the patient on the basis of the measured distance; d) generating displacement-compensation information for compensating for the extracted displacement of the irradiated part; and e) moving the moving phantom on the basis of the displacement-compensation information, and compensating for the displacement of the irradiated part.     Abstract: An LED fixing device of a pixel module for a sign board is provided. The LED fixing device is installed on a front side of an LED panel of a road sign board, facilitates the downward flow of rainwater, and prevents the rainwater from being introduced into a pixel module. A method for manufacturing the LED fixing device is also provided. The method for manufacturing the LED fixing plate comprises the steps of extruding the fixing plate and the intercepting plate through a cavity of a mold integrally and continuously, cutting the integrally and continuously extruded fixing plate and intercepting plate at intervals of a predetermined distance, and punching the LED through-holes for fixing the LEDs in the fixing plate.

    Abstract: A water-borne resin composition for polyolefin is obtained by graft polymerizing polypropylene chloride resin having a chlorine degree of about 10-40% and an acryl monomer. First, polypropylene chloride resin solution is prepared by mixing about 5-30 parts by weight of polypropylene chloride resin having a chlorine degree of about 10-40 and about 5-30 parts by weight of a hydrophilic solvent. Then, an acryl monomer solution is prepared by mixing about 70-95 parts by weight of an acryl monomer, a solvent and an initiator. The acryl monomer solution is dropped into the polypropylene resin solution at a temperature of about 80-130° C. and thus obtained product is neutralized and diluted. The composition has a good adhesiveness onto polyolefin, so that the composition may be applied as a water-borne paint composition for polyolefin-based substrate.
