Abstract: A device, method and system for hybrid-typed local wireless data communication are disclosed. The device for hybrid-typed local wireless data communication includes a communication unit which performs communication with one or more terminals through a plurality of local wireless data communication systems and transmits a hybrid-typed beacon signal to the one or more terminal; and a beacon control unit which includes a hybrid module supporting functions for the plurality of local wireless data communication systems, generates the hybrid-typed beacon signal at a preset period or a request through the hybrid module, and transmits the generated hybrid-typed beacon signal to the one or more terminals.

Abstract: A method, system and apparatus for checking the state of a beacon device are disclosed. The system for the checking the state of a beacon device includes a beacon device and a service device. The beacon device transmits information about a beacon state to the service device and then receives a response signal from the service device. The service device receives the information about the beacon state from the beacon device, performs an update with the received information about the beacon state in association with a list of beacon devices, searches for the information about the beacon state of the beacon device, and provides the found information about the beacon state to the terminal.

Abstract: A wireless communication system, and an apparatus and method for controlling communication connections with a plurality of user terminals in the system are disclosed. The terminal device includes a communication unit, a storage unit, and a control unit. The communication unit receives a signal, broadcast by at least one beacon device, via wireless communication. The storage unit stores data that is transmitted and received to and from the beacon device. The control unit is functionally connected with the communication unit, scans a signal transmitted from the beacon device, performs an operation for a communication connection with the beacon device using the scanned signal, receives a bit mask via the communication unit and also stores the bit mask in the storage unit when the communication connection has been established, transmits data to the beacon device via the communication unit, and immediately releases the communication connection.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and system for providing a customized service based on a beacon signal are disclosed. The terminal device identifies at least one beacon device through the scanning of a beacon signal transmitted from the beacon device, calculates a distance to the identified beacon device using the beacon signal of the identified beacon device, and transmits information about the calculated distance and beacon identification information to a service device. The service device generates customized information based on the distance to the beacon device using the distance information and the beacon identification information received from the terminal device, and provides the generated customized information to the terminal device.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an entry checking system, a method for the same, and an apparatus applied to the same. That is, the present invention may form an exclusive coverage based on an IP in a beacon apparatus based on Bluetooth to enable a user terminal to access based on the IP rather than the Bluetooth, transmit unique identification information received from the accessed user terminal to a checking server based on the IP, and enable the checking server to check an entry of the user terminal into the exclusive coverage regardless of whether the Bluetooth is supported by the user terminal or whether the user terminal accesses through a wireless Internet based on the IP.

Abstract: Disclosed are a system and a method for providing a service using a terminal scanning device. When the terminal scanning device scans for a terminal located within a particular range, executes a particular application pre-installed in a terminal found through the scanning, and provides user information of the found terminal to a service server, the found terminal receives a particular service related to the user information from the service server through a link with the particular application executed by the terminal scanning device. Therefore, necessary information can be automatically provided to the terminal when the terminal approaches a particular place such as a shop or a building without a continuous scanning operation.
