    Abstract: A temperature throttling method of a storage device includes monitoring current performance of a memory device, the memory device operating in response to input/output commands respectively included in a plurality of streams, determining, based on a current temperature of the storage device, a reference performance and a reference delay value for each of the plurality of streams, determining, based on the current performance, a weight for each of the plurality of streams, determining a target delay value by reflecting the weight on the reference delay value for each of the plurality of streams, and applying the weight for which the reference performance is measured in each of the plurality of streams.
