Abstract: A tape measure includes a housing having an interior surface with a post mount protruding therefrom, and a post having a shaft extending from a keyed shape. The post and the post mount are configured such that the post is slid laterally along the interior surface until the post mount is received in the keyed shape. The keyed shape is configured to prevent rotation of the shaft relative to the housing once the keyed shape is received in the post mount.

Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes forming a source/drain region and a gate electrode adjacent the source/drain region, forming a hard mask over the gate electrode, forming a bottom mask over the source/drain region, wherein the gate electrode is exposed, and performing a nitridation process on the hard mask over the gate electrode. The bottom mask remains over the source/drain region during the nitridation process and is removed after the nitridation. The method further includes forming a silicide over the source/drain region after removing the bottom mask.

Abstract: A seismically suspended isolation device is installed in a suspended configuration at a fixed end and comprises a first support module, a second support module, a first displacement suppressing module and a second displacement suppressing module. The first support module includes a first fixing element, a first moving element, and at least one first roller. The first roller is disposed between the first fixing element and the first moving element. The second support module includes a second fixing element, a second moving element, and at least one second roller. The second roller is disposed between the second fixing element and the second moving element. The first support module and the second support module are stacked together in an orthogonal manner, so that the seismically suspended isolation device generates motion in the first direction and the second direction when the seismically suspended isolation device subjected to an external force.

Abstract: A method for evaluating appropriateness of dosage of a target drug administered to a patient is adapted to be implemented by a computing device that stores a dosage evaluation model. The method comprises steps of: obtaining at least one physiological parameter that is related to a physiological condition of the patient; obtaining at least one medication parameter that is related to a usage condition of the target drug by the patient; and feeding said at least one physiological parameter and said at least one medication parameter into the dosage evaluation model to obtain an evaluation result that indicates the appropriateness of the dosage of the target drug administered to the patient.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein relate to methods and devices for display processing including an apparatus, e.g., a DPU. The apparatus may obtain an indication of associated with a plurality of pixels corresponding to a plurality of color channels. The apparatus may also divide each of the plurality of color channels. The apparatus may also select at least one first color channel of the plurality of divided color channels. Further, the apparatus may scale each of the pixels associated with the at least one first color channel. The apparatus may also blend, based on each of the plurality of scaled pixels, all of the plurality of pixels associated with the at least one first color channel. The apparatus may also transmit, based on all of the plurality of blended pixels, an indication of the plurality of pixels associated with the at least one first color channel.

Abstract: The disclosure describes techniques for configuring wireless routers of a wireless mesh network with one or more secondary wireless access points (WAPs) such that client devices connected to the mesh network may remain online in the event that a primary WAP goes offline or otherwise becomes unavailable. For instance, a user of the wireless mesh network may specify a device, such as a mobile electronic device connected to a cellular network, to operate as a secondary WAP in the event that a primary WAP becomes unavailable. Thereafter, upon a wireless router of the mesh network detecting that the primary WAP is unavailable, the wireless router may perform a network scan to identify SSID(s) that are available within the environment. The wireless router may also instruct the other routers of the mesh network to perform a network scan.

Abstract: A circuit includes one or more functional circuits, and a clock generation circuit operatively coupled to the one or more functional circuits. The clock generation circuit is configured to: receive a control signal to switch the one or more functional circuits between a first operation mode and a second operation mode; receive a first clock signal and a second clock signal corresponding to the first operation mode and the second operation mode, respectively; and output, to the one or more functional circuits, a clock pulse signal based on either the first clock signal or the second clock signal. The clock generation circuit is configured to generate either a first conduction path to output the clock pulse signal or a second conduction path to output the clock pulse signal. Each of the first and second conduction paths includes a predefined number of gate delays.

Abstract: An attachable support module for attachment to an electronic equipment casing. The support module allows the electronic equipment casing to be raised from a ground surface to allow cables to be attached to the underside of the casing. The support module includes a case having an exterior plate and a parallel interior plate. A support member is rotatably mounted between the exterior plate and the interior plate of the case. The support member has a collapsed position within the case and an extended position extending from the case. A pivot arm engages the support member in the collapsed position.

Abstract: The present invention provides a polarized quick plug having replaceable fuse. The cable is fixed on the rear end of the inner seat by the breaking plates and the rear cover, so the inner seat has sufficient space to receive two fuses. The housing further has a window corresponding to the two fuses, and a movable plate is arranged at the window to selectively cover the window. The user can open the movable plate to exchange the working fuse and the spare fuse.

And, the method for rotation of a graphics layer includes converting the graphics layer into an original compressed graphics layer using a processing engine; and generating a rotated compressed graphics layer by using the processing engine to perform a graphics rotation on the original compressed graphics layer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a punctured preamble enabling wireless devices to efficiently use a channel (e.g., an 80 or 160 MHz channel) where a primary service is operating. A Wideband Channel Access Mechanism for 20 MHz/80 MHz operating STAs is provided so that a 20 MHz/80 MHz operating STA can dynamically move to a secondary channel to improve wireless performance of the STA. An AP coordinates the operating channel switch of the 20 MHz/80 MHz operating STA. An EHT cooperative multi-band operation can be applied to the preamble punctured PPDU0 for simultaneous multi-band operation.

Abstract: An apparatus (e.g., an access point (AP) establishes a plurality of links comprising a primary link and at least a secondary link. The apparatus transmits a management frame on the primary link to indicate a multi-link capability of the AP. The apparatus configures the secondary link for one or more non-AP stations (STAs), which are capable of operating on the primary link and the secondary link, with multi-link capability and operating parameters through an association procedure on the primary link.
