    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method of patterning a semiconductor wafer using extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL). The method includes receiving an EUVL mask that includes a substrate having a low temperature expansion material, a reflective multilayer over the substrate, a capping layer over the reflective multilayer, and an absorber layer over the capping layer. The method further includes patterning the absorber layer to form a trench on the EUVL mask, wherein the trench has a first width above a target width. The method further includes treating the EUVL mask with oxygen plasma to reduce the trench to a second width, wherein the second width is below the target width. The method may also include treating the EUVL mask with nitrogen plasma to protect the capping layer, wherein the treating of the EUVL mask with the nitrogen plasma expands the trench to a third width at the target width.

    Abstract: An engaging-by-gear-positions shift lever lock, the lock is provided on the top thereof with a shift lever head attached with an insertion portion, and is provided with a cylinder to cooperatively make locking between the shift lever head and the shank of the shift lever. Thereby, when the shift lever is moved to a transition position of a channel having a plurality of gear positions, the head of the shift lever can be pulled down to render the insertion portion on the lower end thereof to insert in the shank of the shift lever and in a space at the transition position, so that the shank of the shift lever and the channel for the gear positions can engage with each other. Thereby, and an effect of locking of the shift lever is attained.

    Abstract: A lock core assembly. The assembly includes an external cylinder, an inner cylinder rotatably fitted in the external cylinder, alignment elements provided in the inner cylinder, at least a limiting element provided in the external cylinder able to engage with the alignment elements, and a key to be inserted into the inner cylinder to move the alignment elements to an unlocking state with the limiting element. When the engaging member is detached, the limiting element is separated from the external cylinder, and then the original coupling of the key and the limiting element are substituted by another coupling of a key and a limiting element, such that, when a user loses his key, he can have the lock core assembly repaired without changing the entire lock set.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a car lock structure built in an automatic transmission shift rod, and the entire lock structure is the head of an automatic transmission shift rod for users to lock it onto the automatic transmission rod body. The head in sequential order has a fixed cover, and a push button for pushing the rod; and a lock cylinder is sleeved into the head to restrict and lock the press button in order to attain the effect of locking the automatic transmission shift rod. After installing the entire set of the lock onto the automatic transmission shift rod, the lock is in the locked position, and the press button will not fall out from the fixed cover because of the insertion of the push rod. The fixed cover will restrict the lock cylinder in a position because the lock bracket of the lock cylinder snaps into the latch section at the top of the fixed cover such that the lock cylinder cannot be removed from the head of the automatic transmission shift rod.
