  • Patent number: 12236903
Abstract: A display device and a backlight control method of the display device are provided. When a duration of an image occlusion period is shorter than a preset duration, a backlight driving circuit is controlled to respectively provide a first pulse current and a second pulse current in a first light emitting period and a second light emitting period in each frame period, so as to drive a backlight unit to provide a first backlight and a second backlight. Here, the first pulse current is greater than the second pulse current.

  • Publication number: 20130057382
Abstract: A thermal fuse which has its conducting element made of red brass. As such, the conducting element has an identical thermal coefficient as that of a red-brass casing, and the robustness against heat of the conducting element's petals is compatible with that of the casing. In this way, the conducting element will not be stuck with the casing when an overloading current emerges. The thermal fuse therefore is significantly more reliable than a conventional thermal fuse.

  • Publication number: 20120133480
Abstract: An overload protection combination structure for a base of a fuse is provided, which is mainly directed to an improved technology of an auxiliary structure for ensuring cutoff of an overload current of the fuse base after the fuse is microminiaturized. The improvement is characterized in that, one or more recesses are formed between two leading pins of a body of the fuse base after being reduced in size, thereby increasing a creeping distance between the two leading pins for holding fuse wires, so that the microminiaturized fuse can comply with requirements of an electronic safety standard.

  • Publication number: 20110285497
Abstract: The thermal fuse according to the present invention has its conducting element made of red brass and, additionally, a thin layer of silver is coated over the conducting element. As such, the conducting element has substantially identical thermal coefficient as that of a red-brass casing, and the robustness against heat of the conducting element's petals is compatible with that of the casing. In this way, the conducting element will not be stuck with the casing when an overloading current emerges. The thermal fuse therefore is significantly more reliable than a conventional thermal fuse.

  • Publication number: 20100277269
Abstract: A fuse includes a base. The base includes a body and two leads. The body has two side portions each forming a hole extending through top and bottom faces of the body and having a lower end forming a diverging lead-in opening. Each lead has a top end and forms a flattened fixing portion. The lead can be fit into a respective fitting hole of the body through the lead-in opening in an automatic manner with machines and can then be fixed in the fitting hole with the fixing portion. The top end of the lead projects beyond the top face of the fitting hole to serve as a terminal that can then be flattened. In the way, human errors can be eliminated in assembling the lead and the body and the assembling can be done with enhanced precision.

  • Publication number: 20100271167
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a base of a fuse, as well as a product of fuse base, which replaces a conventional human based process with a full-machine automatic process including the steps of loading metal wire rolls in racks; cutting the metal wire to a desired length to provide leads; forming a fixing portion on each lead; providing a formed body of the base; fitting and fixing the leads in the body; flattening ends of the leads; and completing a product of the fuse base. The fuse base so manufactured includes a body and two leads. The body forms through holes each having a lower end forming a diverging lead-in opening. Each lead forms a flattened fixing portion and is fit into a respective hole of the body through the lead-in opening with automatic machines and fixed in the fitting hole with the fixing portion.

  • Publication number: 20100265031
Abstract: The present invention discloses a surface mount thin film fuse structure including a fusible fuse circuit structure disposed on a side of an insulating substrate, and the fusible fuse circuit structure has a fusible link portion electrically connected between two opposite electrode portions. If an overload current is passed through the fusible link portion, the fusible link portion will be melted down by a high temperature or a specific temperature to achieve the over current protection effect. At least one space is defined between the fusible link portion and the insulating substrate, such that a heat generated by the electrically energized the fusible link portion will not be dissipated through the heat conduction of the insulating substrate to achieve the circuit protection effect.
