  • Publication number: 20240145867
Abstract: A separator for a lithium battery and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The separator includes a substrate layer and a coating layer. The substrate layer is a polyolefin porous film and has a substrate thickness ranging from 10 to 30 micrometers. The coating layer is coated on the substrate layer, and has a coating layer thickness ranging from 1 to 5 micrometers. The coating layer includes a heat-resistant resin material and a plurality of inorganic ceramic particles glued in the heat-resistant resin material. The heat-resistant resin material has a melting point (Tm) or a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not less than 150° C. An average particle size of the inorganic ceramic particles is 10% to 40% of the coating layer thickness of the coating layer. The inorganic ceramic particles are stacked in the coating layer with a height of at least three layers.

  • Publication number: 20140042832
Abstract: A salient-pole type linear motor comprises a housing, a stator, a mover and coil units. The stator comprises a middle stator core and two side stator cores which have a plurality of magnetic poles on the inner peripheral surface of the stator. A plurality of coil units is wound around the plurality of magnetic poles. By generating a current that passes through the coil units sequentially, magnetic fields are produced about the magnetic poles and an attractive force is produced to enable a reciprocal motion of the mover by magnetic attraction. The salient-pole type linear motor further connects two compressor cylinders at both ends thereof for compressing gases or draining fluids so as to form a reciprocal double piston compressor with a salient-pole type linear motor.

  • Publication number: 20130149175
Abstract: An involute jet pump includes a spiral blade, a permanent magnet cylinder rotor having a plurality of magnetic poles and a stator armature. The rotor is a hollow ring body and fastened at an outside of the spiral blade. Magnetic fields of adjoined magnetic poles are different. The stator armature is disposed at an outside of the rotor. The stator coil has rotating magnetic field after electrifying, and the magnetic field of the stator can be electrically modulated. The rotor drives the spiral blade for rotating due to modulated rotating magnetic field of the stator. The rotor embedded with the spiral blade is placed inside the stator armature. The whole volume of the involute jet pump can be effectively reduced. A magnetic field induction generated between the rotor and the stator drives the rotor embedded with the spiral blade for rotating.

  • Publication number: 20090115195
Abstract: A gravity power generation mechanism utilizes a gravity energy conversion unit to convert the gravity potential energy into the kinetic energy. The gravity energy conversion unit produces positive torques by adopting outward-spreading single directional swing arms and reduces the negative torques by cooperating with the folding action of the single directional swing arms, so as to perform a long-time, effective and continuous energy conversion of converting gravity potential energy into the kinetic energy. Next, the kinetic energy will be transmitted to a power generating unit to perform another energy conversion of converting the kinetic energy into the electric energy. And finally, a power supply system is used to transmit the electric energy out.
