The release film material includes a release base film and a release coating layer disposed between the release base film and the second film layer. The release base film is a polyester release film. The release coating layer includes a silicone resin material and inorganic particles. After the release film material is separated from the second film layer, a surface of the second film layer is formed into a concave-convex microstructure.
