The positioning module is configured to record a position signal of the user, and calculating the self-velocity of the user through the position signal. The memory is configured to store the relative distance, the relative velocity, the self-velocity, and a judging method. The processor determines whether the user is in a dangerous position based on the relative distance, the relative velocity, the self-velocity, and the judging method.
