    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) lamp electrically connected to a switch is provided. The current control circuit is capable of outputting various driving currents to the LED array according to the number of flashing times of the switch, so as to modulate the intensity of light emitted from the LED array.     Abstract: A process of an embedded circuit structure is provided. A complex metal layer, a prepreg, a supporting board, another prepreg and another complex metal layer are laminated together, wherein each of the complex metal layers has an inner metal layer and an outer metal layer stacked on the inner metal layer, the roughness of the outer surfaces of the inner metal layers is less than the roughness of the second outer surfaces of the outer metal layers, and the outer surfaces of the outer metal layers after laminating are exposed outwards. Each of two patterned photoresist layers is respectively formed on the outer surfaces of the outer metal layers. A metal material is created on portions of the outer surfaces of the outer metal layers not covered by the patterned photoresist layers to form two patterned circuit layers. The patterned photoresist layers are then removed to form a laminating structure.

    Abstract: A circuit board process is provided. First, multiple carriers is provided, and a first conductive layer having multiple concave structures is formed on each carrier. A dielectric layer is then provided, and the carriers with the first conductive layers are laminated on a first and a second surface of the dielectric layer respectively, wherein portions of the first conductive layers are embedded in the first and second surfaces. Next, the carriers are removed. Thereafter, the first conductive layer corresponding to at least one concave is removed to expose a portion of the dielectric layer. Next, the exposed dielectric layer is removed to form an opening. A second conductive layer is then formed on the inner wall of the opening, wherein the second conductive layer is electrically connected to the first conductive layers on both sides of the dielectric layer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating a bottom-gate low-temperature polysilicon thin film transistor, wherein the bottom gate structure is used to form an amorphous silicon layer with varied thicknesses; the amorphous silicon layer in the step region on the border of the bottom gate structure is partially melted by an appropriate amount of laser energy; the partially-melted amorphous silicon layer in the step region functions as crystal seeds and makes crystal grains grow toward the channel region where the amorphous silicon layer is fully melted, and the crystal grains are thus controlled to grow along the lateral direction to form a lateral-grain growth low-temperature polysilicon thin film. The lateral grain growth can reduce the number of the grain boundaries carriers have to pass through. Thus, the present invention can promote the carrier mobility in the active region and the electric performance.

    Abstract: A dissection apparatus is disclosed. When the holder rotates to move the aspirating device from the second idle position to the operating position, the guide of the cam lowers the second sliding element, thus, allowing the dissecting device is able to move from the operating position to the first idle position.

    Abstract: A method for Built-In Speed Grading (BISG) comprises a Circuit Under Test (CUT) with Built-In Self-Test (BIST) circuitry, an All-Digital Phase-Locked Loop (ADPLL), and a BISG, to automatically decide the maximum operating frequency of the CUT. The search process for this maximum operating frequency is conducted by a binary search in which the next frequency to test CUT is determined automatically by the BISG controller based on whether the CUT passes or fails the BIST session at current frequency. The maximum operating frequency the CUT can operate is narrowed down to a fine-tuning range out of a number of clock frequencies that the ADPLL can offer. The frequencies an ADPLL can offer is divided into a plurality of coarse ranges, with each of them further having a plurality of fine-tuning frequencies.

    Abstract: A cleansing method of fluid-supply apparatus and cleansing module using the same is disclosed. First, a cleansing module is fixed to the fluid-supply apparatus to be cleansed for disposing the nozzles of the fluid-supply apparatus in the cleansing tank of the cleansing module. Second, a liquid used for cleansing is supplied inside the cleansing tank, and ultrasonic-wave vibration of the liquid is provided to remove plug stuck on the nozzles. Later, plug remained on the nozzles is scraped down and meanwhile the waste liquid is drawn out of the cleansing tank for further improving cleansing efficiency of the cleansing method. By using the cleansing method of the present invention, plug on the nozzles of the fluid-supply apparatus can be effectively removed and consequently lifetime of the fluid-supply apparatus is extended. Additionally, the cleansing method is capable of dramatically reducing working time required and of increasing efficiency of cleansing fabrication process.
