  • Publication number: 20160308462
Abstract: A driving module comprising a transformer and at least one driver. The transformer comprises: a primary side, comprising a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and a center terminal coupled to a first predetermined voltage, wherein the primary side is center tapped at the center terminal; a secondary side. The driver is coupled to a second predetermined voltage, configured to receive at least one input signal, to provide a first input current flowing from the first input terminal to the center terminal, and to provide a second input current flowing from the second input terminal to the center terminal. The primary side generates an input voltage based on the first input current and the second input current, wherein the secondary side generates an output voltage based on the input voltage. The second predetermined voltage is higher than the first predetermined voltage.

  • Publication number: 20100171958
Abstract: The present invention discloses a LPR sensing device and a LPR sensing system comprising a LPR sensing device, a light source, a detecting unit and a processing unit. The LPR sensing device comprises a sensing substrate and a noble metal nanoparticle layer, and the noble metal nanoparticle layer is disposed on the sensing substrate and has noble metal nanoparticles with diameter of 2˜12 nm. An analyte adsorbed on the surface of the noble metal nanoparticle layer generates a dielectric environmental change, resulting in a change of the LPR band. Comparing noble metal nanoparticles with different particle diameters, small noble metal nanoparticles provide better sensing sensitivity to a compound with a small molecular weight.

  • Patent number: 7701288
Abstract: Variable gain amplifiers with wider linear range are provided, in which first and second loads are coupled to a power voltage, and a transconductor cell comprises first and second transistors, a gain control transistor, and first and second current sources. The first and second transistors comprise control terminals receiving a set of input signals, first terminals coupled to the first and second loads respectively, and second terminal coupled to first and second nodes respectively. The first and second current sources are coupled between the first node and a first voltage and between the second node and the first voltage respectively. The first gain control transistor is coupled between the first node and second node, receiving a gain control voltage, in which the grain control transistor has a threshold voltage lower than that of the first and second transistors.

  • Patent number: 7612615
Abstract: A dual supply amplifier without using an inter-stage capacitor is disclosed. The dual supply amplifier has an input stage coupled to a lower supply voltage VDD1 for generating a voltage signal V3 proportion to a difference between a pair of inputs. A conversion stage is coupled a higher supply voltage VDD2 and a third supply voltage VDD3, which can be ground or a negative potential, for generating a signal V1 with reference to VDD2 and a signal V2 with reference to VDD3. An output stage receives V1 and V2 for generating an output signal Vo with a swing between VDD2 and VDD3.

  • Publication number: 20080303950
Abstract: A circuit for reducing ground noise of video signals is provided. The circuit includes a current source, a plurality of resistors, an AC coupling circuit and a subtracting circuit. The resistors are used for outputting a first and second voltage levels corresponding to different voltages provided by the series-connected resistors. The AC coupling circuit is used for receiving a reference ground signal and coupling an AC component of the reference ground signal to generate the reference voltage level. The subtracting circuit is used for subtracting the first and second voltage levels from two video signals, respectively.
