  • Publication number: 20240068516
Abstract: A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a slide assisting device, an elastic member and a working member. The second rail and the first rail are movable relative to each other. The elastic member is arranged on the second rail. During a process of the second rail being moved relative to the first rail along an opening direction, the working member is configured to contact the elastic member in an initial state in order to drive the slide assisting device to move along the opening direction to a predetermined position. When the slide assisting device is located at the predetermined position, the elastic member releases an elastic force through a predetermined space of the first rail, such that the elastic member is no longer in the initial state with the working member no longer contacting the elastic member.

  • Publication number: 20240065438
Abstract: A slide rail assembly is provided and includes a first rail, a second rail movable with respect to the first rail, a working member, an operating member and a blocking member. When the second rail is located at an extended position with respect to the first rail and the working member is in a first state, the working member and a blocking feature of the first rail block each other for restraining the second rail from moving toward a first predetermined direction from the extended position. The blocking member is switchable between a blocking state and a non-blocking state for restraining the operating member from driving the working member to disengage from the first state or for allowing the operating member to drive the working member from the first state to a second state. Besides, a related slide rail kit is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11194860
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for question generation to obtain more related medical information based on observed symptoms from a patient. In embodiments, possible diseases associated with the observed symptoms are generated by querying a knowledge graph. In embodiments, candidate symptoms associated with the possible diseases are also identified and are combined with the observed symptoms to obtain combined symptom sets. In embodiments, discriminative scores for the candidate symptom sets are determined and candidate symptoms with top discriminative scores are selected. In embodiments, these selected candidate symptoms may be checked for conflicts with observed symptoms and removed from further consideration if a conflict exists. In embodiments, one or more questions may be generated based on the remaining selected candidate systems to aid in collecting information about the patient. In embodiments, the process may be repeated with the updated observed symptoms.

  • Patent number: 10810374
Abstract: Described is a system that matches a query with a set of sentences. When a query is received, the system may extract features from the query including one or more words as tokens and retrieve a set of candidate sentences as potential results for the query. For example, the query may be in the form of a question, and the candidate sentences may be alternative phrasings of the query that potentially match the user's search intent. The relevant set of candidate sentences may be determined based on using multiple relevancy scores and the system may rank the candidates according to an overall or aggregate score. Accordingly, the set of results to a query may be provided by recognizing the sentence as a whole and, for example when the query is a question, the interrogative intent of the query.

  • Patent number: 10423652
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for extending and reinforcing a knowledge graph using wiki-like web pages as a source of information. A web crawler parse a wiki-like source and obtain a topic entity from the source. Relationships between the topic entity and sub-topics within the source are identified and a graph is built with the topic and relationships to sub-topics. A candidate topic in the knowledge graph is identified, and a sub-graph of the knowledge graph is either identified or generated. The knowledge sub-graph contains the candidate topic and relationships to sub-topics. A similarity is computed between the source graph and the knowledge sub-graph. If the two graphs are sufficiently similar, then the source topic graph is merged with the knowledge graph.

  • Patent number: 10372743
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed to identify entities that have a similar meaning, and may, in embodiments, be grouped into entity groups for knowledge base construction. In embodiments, the entity relations of similarity or non-similarity for an entity pair are predicted as a binary relationship. In embodiments, the prediction may be based upon similarity score between the entities and the entity features, which features are constructed using an entity feature or representation model. In embodiments, the prediction may be an iterative process involving minimum human checking and existing knowledge update. In embodiments, one or more entity groups are formed using graph search from the predicted entity pairs. In embodiments, a group centroid entity may be selected to represent each group based on one or more factors, such as its generality or popularity.

  • Publication number: 20170300533
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a set of predetermined queries are collected, where each of the predetermined queries is associated with a predetermined category (e.g., particular medical category or particular type of Web sites). For each of the predetermined queries, the predetermined query is annotated using an annotation dictionary corresponding to the predetermined category. One or more features are extracted from the predetermined query based on annotation of the predetermined query. A classification model corresponding to the predetermined category is trained and generated based on the predetermined queries and features associated with the predetermined queries.
